For 3 years we have been renting minivans with friends on Viva Braslav and not only. Every time the car is in perfect condition, as well as the service at the highest level. Any car is always licked clean and even on long trips, not once in 3 years have there been the slightest problems. Andrey is always tactful and polite, pleasant bonuses arrive for regular customers, in general, I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!!

I needed a rental car. I took a long time to choose, called several rental companies. I chose Y-rent. by. And I am very glad about it. I have already applied twice and only positive impressions! The cars are well-groomed, clean, neat, and most importantly, full confidence that everything is technically correct! We took a car for a long trip for the second time, as a bonus we provided a child car seat for free! I recommend it to anyone who needs a car!

We agreed that we would take the car for two days, sent the documents and clarified several times whether the car was definitely assigned to us, the answer was of course positive. Not only did we have to wait for hours for an answer, both in Viber and by phone, the feedback was disgusting, so in the evening, right before we were supposed to pick it up, we were informed that ALL the cars had been disassembled, and this after the question of what time you can pick it up. If you do not want to spoil your vacation, I do NOT RECOMMEND this service. If it were possible to put a minus 5 stars, I would put it.
