We are having a rest with our daughter at the hotel now. The hotel is excellent, clean, the rooms are comfortable, cleaning is daily. There is a huge amount of food for every taste-chicken, beef, turkey, fish, fresh and stewed vegetables, fruits, side dishes. Waffles are baked at the pool bar during the day and delicious ice cream is distributed, burgers, hot dogs, fries, and nuggets are prepared. Local alcohol is normal, it is clear that Italian and French wine are better, but this is always the case in hotels. The beach is without frills, entering the water with stones, but this is not a question for the hotel, but for nature-therefore it is better to enter in slippers. There is also a bar on the beach, where you can have a snack and a drink. The staff is very friendly, there were no problems. In general, I recommend the hotel, well done, everything is decent.

I had a rest in early October. A hotel with a very small territory. A large swimming pool, around which all the active life of the hotel takes place - animators, slides, etc. Sun beds are always in short supply, if you don't go to bed in the morning, you won't find them later (everyone comes in the morning and throws a towel on the sunbed - it's busy). The beach is across the street through a tunnel. The length of the beach is very small. Unkempt. Sand and pebbles. Garbage is not cleaned well.
The sea is beautiful as always! If you swim with glasses, it is very interesting to watch the fish.
For some reason, there was a red flag on the beach all days, regardless of the presence of waves at sea. There is the same problem with free sun beds as in the pool area.
As for the food, a good restaurant, delicious ice cream. But I did not see in this hotel a reverent attitude towards serving and those delights that usually happen in ultra plus. But in general, it is normal.
The rooms are great, sea view. Cleaning for three.
Spa - only if you will buy services. You just can't get warm in the sauna, it's a little warm. And the spa's opening hours are up to 18, but in fact, it is already closed at 17. That is, you want to steam in the sauna after the sea, but no, it won't work.

Very tasty and varied food. European, Mexican shrimp crabs. An interesting daily entertainment program for children and adults. Room service is good, there is nothing to complain about! The pools are clean. A convenient underground passage to the sea, which has its own bar burgers, fries, nuggets and many drinks and cocktails. We have been staying at the hotel since October 10th. Not a bad one, a fairly new hotel. The food is high-quality and varied, I would like more fish. The animation is simple as everywhere else. The linen is changed every day. The beach does not correspond to such a hotel. There are no decking, the landscape is not leveled. This spoils the impression of a vacation, although the beach is sand and slabs and large stones at 30-40 meters from the shore and at a depth of 1.5-2 meters. It's interesting to swim over them with a mask. I'll probably come back next year.

Good afternoon! The hotel is very good, the Turkish 5* is of a good level. Summarizing:
Positive:
- fresh rooms, good repair, new plumbing
- excellent WiFi throughout, in the rooms and even on the beach
- excellent food. Don't expect a million mayonnaise salads, but there is everything you need - a lot of vegetables, herbs, meat, fish, seafood, a healthy food corner. Sweets, yoghurts, cheeses, soups, a lot of everything.
- excellent staff, almost everyone at the reception speaks Russian, very client-oriented
- super SPA. A team from Indonesia is working. Massage therapist Alyth is a magician, I recommend it. Be sure to use the SPA services
Cons:
- the hotel has a small territory, all activities take place by the pool
- when booking a room with a partial sea view or with a full sea view, you should understand that the room will overlook both the pool (loudly until 2 a.m.) and the road (it never stops). The road is three lanes in one direction, and three lanes in the other. Sleeping with the window open won't work.
- the entrance to the beach from the hotel is through an underpass under the road (see above), the beach is not very large, sandy, excellent bar and staff, open until 17:00. The beach is clean, constantly cleaned. Sandy, but the entrance to the sea is a quiet horror. Pebbles, slabs, waves, don't expect miracles.
- there are residential buildings and greenhouses around the hotel. The nearest Migros is 5.5 km from the hotel. There's nowhere to go.
The hotel itself is multinational. The main contingent is the British, as well as the whole of Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. The Russian Federation is in the minority.

We returned from Xoria D. 5*. A high-level hotel.
The food is aerobatics, there is a lot of everything, the eyes run away, there is plenty of food and meat and fish and chicken, turkey, Turkish dishes, delicious cakes, everything is straight! Any request at the reception is fulfilled almost instantly, the Russian-speaking staff. Cleanliness, everything is rubbed and washed everywhere. Cleaning is daily, towels are changed daily. The pool is super, the slides, the lifeguard guys keep order on the water. Every day there is entertainment both in the afternoon and in the evening. The hotel is mostly European. I liked everything very much. The sea was stormy, the beach is good, sand, pebbles at the entrance, you can find a place where the entrance is sand. The territory is small 11000. We went for a walk every day to Konakly. There is a bazaar on Wednesdays. A promenade along the sea. Everything is wonderful, there is something to compare it with, 17 times in Turkey. The host's family lives in the hotel, they directly control the coziness and comfort of the hotel!

We rested in hotels in August 2024, we chose according to reviews.
I'll start with the pros: the sea is on the first line, the room is large, we arrived early, checked in right away, a room with a sea view, for 10s.
There is enough food, but somehow monotonous, pasta, they are at home, there is a lot of fast food, but children and adults are happy, a lot of vegetables, fresh herbs, fruits, in principle it will go, ice cream from 14:00 to 16:00.
There are enough places at sea for everyone, almost only Europeans rest, they are only near the pool, there are no places there, they occupy places at night. Beach towels could always be changed for free, Wi-Fi is available throughout the territory
Cons: the room is not cleaned, the bed was changed 1 time in 8 nights, towels were thrown on the floor to be changed, they came to the room, and they were just neatly folded, I had to go to the maid and change the floor, maybe once they were washed.
The waiters are in no hurry at all, I had to ask them to clear the table.
The relationship of vacationers is generally tin, where I ate, I threw it there, packs, wrappers, they leave so much garbage behind ...

We wanted to take fruit before departure (and the road will take 10 hours, as was said ) , so all the staff gathered, which is impossible in any case and for 95 euros they can take it with them. Although in other hotels it was always possible and what you want to come back for . Now we will not try new places. Seriously? Should I take fruit with me on the road for 9,500?

The food is good, there are holidays and shows every week. They are very careful about the quality of service. There is Internet in the room. The sea view is magnificent (if you live in the main building) . Minuses: there is no territory at all, everything is very compact, noisy because of the road. We visited 2 times and both times we were settled on the first day in the wrong building (on the second, without a sea view), the next day after our requests we were resettled in accordance with our permit.

It was at the end of March, despite the off-season, the hotel was 90 percent full! I liked that the hotel itself is quite cozy and compact, but not 5 stars! I would put a strong 3k or a very weak 4k. The hotel is only 7 years old, but the rooms are very shabby! The rooms are very poorly cleaned - they do not wash everywhere, do not clean the bathroom, do not rub the surfaces, do not change towels, do not wash glasses and do not replenish the minibar daily (as stated in the hotel). The whole cleaning consists in removing the garbage and lightly passing it with a wet cloth. As for Ult All nutrition, it does not fully correspond, there is nothing improved in terms of food quality - the usual all inclusive. There are few fruits, little meat and fish, little variety, only a lot of desserts. Separately, I would like to note the animation in the hotel - I have never seen worse, very boring entertainment, they charge money for many. And in general, the animators practically did not entertain tourists.
There is something to compare it with - that's why I think that the price of this hotel is too high ((

Good day to all! We stayed at this hotel in 2021 from July 7-19 and decided this year (2022) to come here again.
We really liked everything, starting with how we were greeted and ending with how we were conducted.
1) The rooms are very clean and cleaned every day.
2) food the variety of food is such that in 20 days we could not try everything, the restaurant is clean and tidy, the service from the waiters is super! Special thanks to chef Murad, he really is a chef with a capital letter!
3) the mini club and animation were very pleasant to the children because of the attention they received from the animators, new games and interesting contests every day. I also want to thank the animation manager Mr. Baran separately.He is a very creative and interesting dude, he conducts all the programs with a BANG!
We will definitely return to this hotel many more times.

The only thing I didn't understand about the iron, I asked for an iron, the maid gave me a price for ironing. And to give it to use in any way? She looked at her things...they were not so wrinkled that they had to pay for ironing)))))
The Russian-speaking Lutfie (Buttercup) from the textile store helped a lot. A smart girl and a very sympathetic little man.
The sand on the beach is a little bit with garbage, that's right. But we have to clean up after the Russians and clean up, the piglets are still those. And anyway, it depends on who is going for what. I was driving for the sea, the sun and a change of mood. I got everything I wanted in full. I didn't go for entertainment, I can't say anything about discos and stuff.
The entrance to the sea is sand and pebbles, it was a little difficult with my weight of 77 kg, the stones dug in normally, but again how to treat it. They say there are a lot of points in the feet that need to be massaged just like that. So let this be a plus in the piggy bank of health. In short, this entrance and exit from the sea did not scare me away.

The Russian-speaking guide is also quite loose in behavior. There is no culture. Rude! All of us and my friends, who also came, refused no services and used an English-speaking guide. The prices turned out to be even lower for all entertainment. The hotel owner knows everything. He sees everything. He hangs out with the campers. But apparently he doesn't care about the reputation of the hotel. I do not recommend it very sharply.

We were at the hotel in early October 2021. with my family. We often rest in Turkey, there is something to compare it with. The only advantage of this hotel is its location: within walking distance from the sea, but through an underground passage. The hotel itself is located in an area where there are no shops or retail shops, only a gas station nearby. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the bazaar or the nearest store. Accommodation: the hotel is located right next to the highway (6 lane road), very noisy, and from either side of the hotel, it's terrible, no sound insulation. The room is standard, not 5+, but not 2-. The food is good, but the dining room is very stuffy, there are few tables, tablecloths are not laid, tables are always occupied outside (even out of season), I want to leave the dining room as soon as possible. The service is disgusting. No one speaks Russian, if you want to explain or ask something, everything is to no avail (few people even understand English). Cleaning came every other day, sometimes they forgot to change the towels (or did not want to). The waiters pour into dirty glasses!!! We bought our own. The pool is heated, there is not a single children's slide for children!!! No children's table (menu), no playground, no animation, no children's mini club (although it was announced)No!!!! In the evenings, sometimes there is animation for adults, more often contests, animators are all boring, they do everything through I don't want or won't, it's not hysterical to watch, so few people come. No animator understands or speaks Russian. The beach is small, there are no mattresses on the sun beds, there are no umbrellas either, the bar always closes an hour earlier!!!! Saving, and hard, on everything. The hotel does not correspond to the declared five stars according to the ultra all inclusive system, from the word at all. Whether I will return to this hotel again, never. The rest is ruined. I do not recommend it.

Everything in the rooms is also broken. The door handles are falling off. Water flows from the bathroom directly into the room. But no one reacts to this immediately either. The numbers are not removed from the word "at all". Until you come and demand it yourself. The towels that will be given to you are stolen from the sunbeds by the staff themselves, and then fines are issued. In general, if you want to spoil your vacation, go there.

We had a rest in 2019 in late August-early September. The hotel has its own beach, quite large. There are sun beds and a canopy. There are two pools: one for everyone, the other only for vacationers without children. The buffet is varied, there is plenty to choose from. There is a tunnel to the sea, as there is a road between the hotel and the sea. There is a lot of entertainment in the hotel, animation can keep you busy all day.
It's a pity that there is nowhere to walk besides the hotel, the nearest settlement is half an hour's walk in one direction.

IT'S not A FIVE!!!! This is not our first vacation abroad. And this is my fifth time in Turkey (I was in the top three, four and five). I stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of a travel agency. 1. There is no animation for children in the hotel, except for 10 min minidiscoteca at 20.45.
2. Sauna, hammam, children's room, billiards ALL for a FEE!!
3. No one from the staff speaks Russian!
4. There are not enough seats in the dining room.
5. In the evening, there is only one bar for the entire hotel, in which you need to stand not a small, but a kilometer-long queue, and the glasses were not always clean. The beach bar should be open until 18.00, but closed at 17.00.
6. Entrance to the sea is stones. They are very large and sharp in places.
7. The room is noisy, there is no sound insulation.
I do not recommend this hotel, for such I would say not a little money, this hotel is not worth visiting.
The price is 1vzr+reb. For 13 nights 120,000rubles.

I visited this hotel in October 2021 (19.10-26.10). We arrived at the hotel at 22.00, checked in quickly enough, at first we were given a room not with a sea view, but we offered to come the next day at 14.00 in order to change it. The room was spacious, clean, but there was no bathrobe, no slippers, there were toiletries: shampoo, hair conditioner and soap. The territory of the hotel is very small, but since it was already out of season, there were enough sun loungers, the bars worked properly, but the dishes were not always clean. The beach leaves much to be desired (dirty), entering the sea is quite dangerous, there are a lot of stones, and when you go further than some slabs, you need to be careful, there is a risk of injury. You definitely need to take bathing slippers with you. We had an extremely unpleasant situation, from the company we met at the hotel and spent time relaxing together, one young man confused the dates of his departure, we were very surprised that no one even looked for him on the day of departure, it's very strange! As a result, he was called to the reception, the bracelet was cut off and everything like let's get out of here, he really asked to extend it for another day (since it was necessary to resolve the issue with the plane ticket), but was categorically refused. Since our friend was sure that his flight was only today, he vacated the room before 12 o'clock and asked me to keep his suitcases. As a result, when they told him that he missed his flight and refused to extend the room, he was asked to pay $ 50 per night, and I was given a $100 fine for his suitcases!The staff at the reception were extremely negative, they saw what kind of crime was committed, it is very unpleasant, with such a customer-oriented attitude and attitude to guests, you will never have a successful business and prosperity! They agreed to accept the fine only in cash, after which the entire reception was empty, apparently they went to share the "honestly" earned money. Persistent extortion of money - now we can settle only on the 0 floor (it's almost a basement without a balcony). It is necessary to pay $ 20 extra, there will be a normal room. I flatly refused, because when buying vouchers, everything was discussed (upper floors, view from the window, etc.). Feeling that the wrong one was attacked, the proper number was found. Then I went to get beach towels, the imposition began - hammam, massage. I refused, then there were problems with changing towels. There is only shampoo, conditioner and a small piece of soap in the bathroom. No gel, no cream, no bathrobes and slippers. Why does a person buy a 5^ hotel? To come and not think about anything. I had to go to Alanya to get everything I needed. The beach is just tin. Dirt, broken rods, no mattresses. It can be seen that the hotel does not deal with this area at all. The kitchen can be positively noted (everything was decent, delicious) and room service (always clean, towels were changed every day). I gave two stars only to the chef and the service staff. The hotel does not have its own territory, there is nowhere to walk in the evening. In general, I do not recommend it.

The rooms are clean and cozy. a very small territory of the hotel where there is no place even for eating, and terrible waiters who serve only their Turkish friends to the detriment of other guests, move 8 tables and put a family of Turks for 4 people, the rest eat standing up.you can't eat on deck chairs if you're from Russia, the rest of you can. Russian russians pretend to be fools and say that they do not understand, although they had previously spoken to Ukrainians in Russian. The husband speaks English perfectly, they immediately start bleating in Turkish. The most disgusting attitude towards Russian tourists.
If you hate Russian speakers so much, then write that the hotel is not focused on Russia! Another week to serve a spoiled vacation (

We had a rest at the end of June , the beginning of July .
Let's start with check-in : we arrived at 9 a.m. , and check-in from 14:00 . Russians and non-locals are pickled until the last they are not settled ahead of time , while their Turks are settled without problems , as soon as they pass to the reception . I didn't like it.
The room stock is good.
Nutrition : the children 's menu is announced , it is also dietary - but the food is very spicy , the soups are spicy . For a two-year-old child, you need to try to find food. Yuppi juices are adjustable , and it was often that one juice flows from different taps . For adults, food can be found, but I didn't like that a lot of offal and chicken are made -only bones and skin. There is a queue for food everywhere , there is simply no pizza an hour after dinner , there was not enough lula . In general, ultra is all inclusive , for those who have managed .
There was often one or the other missing in the bar . And again , huge queues are gathering . There are queues everywhere in this hotel , at the elevator , at the bar , for ice cream and at the restaurant.
I don 't say anything about deck chairs at all , they have been occupied since the night , there are not enough , additional ones are placed and everything is right packed . The territory is not designed for such a number of vacationers and the staff is not ready for such a flow.
There are not enough places in the restaurant , either you need to come in advance or at the end, but then there will be no choice in food . We walked around in circles to find a place when we got free.
Just paying a decent amount for a vacation , I don 't want to think about whether there will be a place to Sit and whether there will be a chaise longue , it 's not 5 stars . And certainly not deluxe
The beach , the sand is dirty . The entrance is heavy , shoes are needed . But the sea is cool , clean and warm .
The animation is monotonous for children , the same thing from day to day , after 3 evenings I got tired . The concerts are good , there is a different program every day . If you are with young children, then there is no place to walk here, there is no territory, I did not study the information about the hotel well enough, so here, as they say, I am to blame, I walked in the evening on the beach, then just by the pools or watched a show program.
They clean 3 rooms , do not do wet cleaning , the floor was washed 2 times in 11 days .
We will not go to this hotel anymore and I will continue to read the reviews more carefully. Since I bought into the rating in the Travelata app , 5 out of 5 . And already in the search engine , not very flattering reviews are given , which turned out to be true .

Friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are clean, the hotel itself is brand new, cool animation for both children and adults in the summer amphitheater.
Of the cons (if you find fault): the Internet is so-so, there is nothing in the area, if you want to go somewhere else, then take the bus to Konakla or Alanya. On the other hand, this is a plus, as it is quiet, calm, and lovers of sleep will like it.

Great hotel, everything is clean and new.The cleaning is of high quality. Everything is as in the photo.The food is varied and the staff are very helpful. For children, the playground is small on the belt, the beach is 50 meters through an underground passage. The alcohol is excellent.The bed linen and towels are snow-white.Shampoo, conditioner, soap and cream in the room.There is also a hair dryer.Indoor heated swimming pool,slides in the open in two buildings.I liked everything very much.

Hello.My husband and I rested from 05/20 to 30.05 at this hotel.The hotel itself is very beautiful, new, the rooms are also good, but...upon check-in, we were given a room in a separate building..we didn't like the room, there was some terrible smell. We asked for another room with a view of the sea and the pool, we were told that we needed to pay 15 euros extra per day, we did not agree because the ticket did not cost cheap.Well, we agreed for $ 100. And one more minus-there is nothing near the hotel, we went to Konakli.And so the food is good, there was a lot of everything, the sea is nearby..very clean.There were enough sun beds for everyone. The hotel is nice, everything is clean and well maintained. It's nice to be there. The pool is multi-level, for different ages of children. they feed for 5 . But the restaurant does not accommodate such a large number of people, so if you come a little later, there is no place. The beach is pebbly. Animation for children is lame.

I was on vacation with my wife and son for 7 years from June 11 to June 20. The hotel itself is clean and new! The rooms are nice and cozy five points!)They are cleaned every day! The food is delicious, there are no questions! Otherwise, not very much! The territory is small, there are a lot of people. In a restaurant at lunch and dinner for about five minutes you look for a table where you can sit down to eat, you walk around with a plate so that you don't bump into someone)))You often look for a waiter to clear the table and bring the dishes, the staff really does not have time from such an influx of vacationers! I won't say anything about cherries and strawberries at all, everything is said in previous reviews)))) thanks to the greedy aunts who don't have enough for these berries!))) I haven't tried tea, coffee and hot chocolate are not bad, juices are very sweet!))Alcohol is a kick-ass)))) Whiskey and cognac are colored swill of unknown production, vodka is also questionable, I do not advise it, rum is more or less likely diluted. This hotel is not a deluxe or even a 5-star hotel. Where in the area of 4 strong. The staff doesn't care about anything. I can single out a decent person, but if everyone worked like him, it would be noticeably better.
There are always not enough tables for dinner or lunch. Everything is dirty, there are no forks and knives and there is no place to get them. Wait until they bring it, they'll notice you in about 15 minutes. Or go look for Uncle Turk, ask the waiter to bring a fork and a knife. The sea is cobblestones, as after the demolition, the children were there 8 times in 14 days and then by force. The room and the pool are the only things that save this hotel. Food steaks from the liver, grilled kidneys, etc. well, who knows what. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
