The impression is twofold. I decided to rent a roof rack with crossbars. I arrived one evening, there is a sign "went to the warehouse", I called, I will be answered in 20 minutes, there was no opportunity to wait. I arrived the next day, was met by a friendly employee who picked up the crossbars, installed them and the trunk himself, saying that when returning, I would knock the midges off the trunk with a kercher. It left a wonderful impression. Before returning, I drove to the car wash and knocked the midges off the trunk and the first crossbar as much as possible, it was difficult to get under the second one. I arrived and saw the sign "went to the warehouse" again, I waited for 10 minutes. During the waiting time, he took off the trunk himself and brought it to the store, met another employee who said from the doorway "why did you bring it here", neither hello nor thank you. Then something strange started, the employee started pointing at the scratch with the claim that I had scratched the trunk. First, there was a scratch initially, to which he replied to me, "it was necessary to take pictures when they took the trunk." Secondly, even if it did not exist, you rent a used thing that is installed on the roof of the car and is always on the street, many take it for hiking, how can you drive, for example, through the forest and not touch branches, but just a stone can fly from the road, or I need to take rent and not go anywhere? It's not a crack, not a chip, not a hole! Maybe you shouldn't put things inside, so as not to scratch them, God forbid? You have a hard time inserting the key into the lock, and you're looking at scratches! Then the claims began that I had poorly washed the crossbars and would not accept them in this form. It's not difficult, I wiped it off with wet wipes in a minute. Apparently, getting money, but doing nothing is in many people's blood. I have rented cars and motorhomes more than once, which cost many times more than a trunk, but I have not met such a circus. A simple human advice: if someone decides to rent in this store, I strongly recommend that you describe all the smallest defects in the contract as much as possible, and it is better to take pictures of everything as much as possible, although it is not a fact that this will help you.
