I purchased a smart band 9 pro from this store.
I paid at the checkout and picked it up without checking. When I got home, I found that the package had already been opened.
The instructions are all crumpled. The bag with the straps is opened. The straps themselves are crammed in, no matter how. The film/envelope on the watch is torn and just lies on top of the watch itself. There is a small indented scratch on the glass of the watch, and the sensor glass is also slightly scratched.
In general, all this indicates that this is a USED product, and not a new one, for which I actually paid.
Who wore it before me and for how long remains a mystery.
And as I understand it, I won't do anything about it. I can't prove in any way that I didn't do it, but in this condition I received this product.
So think twice before you buy something here. And if you decide, then open the product right at the checkout and check everything carefully.
I have never come across the fact that new equipment may have some kind of malfunction that is fixed under warranty, but whatever they sell me under the guise of a new product is something new) It feels like I bought a watch on Kufara with my hands and not in a hardware store.
