We bought an Evolution KP17222 kettle in the store, worked for one day, boiled the water 3 times. The kettle turns on, but there is no heating.
We contacted the store for a refund, and the store sent the kettle to the service center. A couple of days later, they called, said the kettle was working, the defect was not confirmed. We came to pick it up, we asked the store to check it. The kettle is not working. The kettle will be sent to the service center again.
