Честно говоря никогда не думал, что качество сяоми и отношение может быть настолько отвратительным. Приобреталась швабра с распылителем deerma. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. После нескольких уборок ломается крепёж (жалоб на неё как оказалось пруд пруди и именно из-за крепежа)
Отдал в магазин (брать продавец вообще не хотел) на так называемую диагностику. «Диагност» поставил «диагноз» - швабра была хороша, просто сломалась неизвестно от чего.
А то что пластик как раз в месте стыка сделан из овна и палок, то это опускаем, никто более детально разбираться не собирается.
Ну да ладно, продукт шляпа редкая, но вы хоть бы не позорились и не присылали письмо, о том что швабра оказывается на ХРАНЕНИИ в магазине и за него придётся заплатить. Ребята, про утилизацию своего мусора ничего не слышали? Вообщем немного отвратительно)
Хороший магазин. Хоть и не большой по площади, но как правило все что заявлено на сайте всегда есть в наличии. практически все свои гаджеты покупал здесь, ни разу никаких нареканий ни по качеству ни по гарантии не было. Персонал грамотный, внимательный и не навязчивый, но при первой необходимости все подробнейшим образом расскажет и покажет.

Оперативно, обстоятельно и доброжелательно решили все вопросы при покупке смартфона. Подсказали некоторые нюансы, о которых первоначально не задумывался. Не было той навязчивости в покупке дополнительных аксессуаров, "расширенной гарантии" и страховки, которой грешат иногда продавцы. Напомнили, что такая возможность есть, но не настаивали. Именно это понравилось. + Подсказали как правильно указать адрес при вызове такси (дом угловой, движение плотное, поэтому "есть нхюяансы").
Остался очень доволен посещением и покупкой.
Магазин хорош но есть одно НО это персонал. Одного клиента обслуживают сразу два человека которые стоят на кассе. А зайдя просто за наушниками стоишь 20 минут.
Приятно удивлён и восхищён оперативностью,и лёгкости руки,специалиста Екатерины,за считанные минуты помогла снять защиту,блокировку MI аккаунта.Очень милая и приятная девушка,побольше таких добрых и отзывчивых людей, СПАСИБО!!!🌺
