It turns out that the network has not only points, but also promo points. You can even pay for promotional items with promo points, but you can't use points. Of course, to find out, you need to study the information on the website. It's not clear why this is confusing, it was already easier to make discounts and leave only points so as not to confuse customers. But of course, after making just a discount, the client will not understand how lucky he is (sarcasm))
The second point is the most interesting - the points are inherently useless. Because you can only use them for non-promotional items, up to 20%. But the product without promotions is 20-40% more expensive by default than in other stores. Thus, it will seem to the buyer that he somehow saved there, but in fact he just bought at the usual price of another store. It's easy to make sure of this - find any product without a discount and try to search in other stores :)
And the last point is that it's almost impossible to use the points. Because almost all the goods are supposedly discounted. So you can just save them up :)
Previously, I used to buy something there all the time, but this already creates a certain unpleasant aftertaste. That's why I prefer other stores now. I'm waiting for normal marketing to reach us, not this quackery.
