It is very noisy and stuffy inside. The service is very slow. Employees leave for lunch at 12:45 and return at 14:30 (and it says that lunch is from 13:00 to 14:00). Although there is a QR code, the electronic version of the residence certificate was not accepted. They refused to print themselves, they had to walk about 3 km to print a piece of paper (central market).
