A terrible branch of the bank! Since August, they cannot open a regular bank card, citing errors in the system! People climb out of line, ignoring comments, to request a refund of the funds paid for opening a card (since they cannot provide the service) they said that the funds are non-refundable...
It's just disgusting! There is no compliance with the queue on the part of employees, the scoreboard in the queue does not work, only 4 out of 10 operators work. It's just terrible.
