The bank does not comply with the deadlines for opening and issuing PENSION plastic cards. We've been waiting for weeks. Of the 6 customer reception windows, only two windows in the common room are serviced. The deputy manager explains the situation as if the inspectors are busy knocking out loans somewhere!!!!
They deceived my grandmother, gave me $1,000 in old bills and refuse to change it back.
They require a commission for their own currency of $ 50
They're kind of murky when it comes to currency transfers.
I don't recommend it.
