Despite the big name "restaurant", it looks like a roadside barbecue in the 2000s in Siberia. They deceive you harshly, look immediately before ordering. For example, there was wine on the menu at 17, we pointed it out and ordered it. As a result, they brought us wine in a decanter, we thought that it must have been poured from the bottle and started eating and drinking. As a result, the wine bill counted 50 instead of 17. They told the manager that it was a hoax, but it seems that's how they do it. He also said that we were served homemade wine instead of store-bought, so it was more expensive. Although everywhere, except for this place, homemade wine is much cheaper than store-bought. Be careful, and it's better not to go to this place.
We found out from our friends who lived in the next room, it turns out that they were also deceived in this institution 1 day ago.
The descent to the basement is steep.
This place cannot be called a restaurant, but a cafe at most. Before that, we ate in Baku at another cafe for locals, it was delicious there and we didn't cheat.
However, the dishes were normal. From what they noticed, we were only deceived on the fault.

We waited for khinkali for more than an hour! Soup for half an hour ! The service is simply terrible, tea was requested three times before it was brought. It feels like they're forgetting about your order. They also charged 10% of the receipt for the service. For what? It's unclear! I do not recommend this place because of this!
The locals came right away. They were served everything at once😕
