We really liked this hotel! Stunningly beautiful nature and views. The beach is wonderful. The sea is the purest. The shuttle went to the beach and back as many times as it was necessary to take people. I liked the food. One grilled fish (Sea bass and Dorado) is worth a lot. There is no intrusive animation. Friendly staff. Something in a five-star hotel (such as good new mattresses and pillows on the beds), something falls short of five. But overall, a good impression and a wonderful stay.

The hotel.... So - so 3 stars . October 2024 . It's definitely not 5 stars. The breakfasts are super ordinary, the transfer from the beach to the hotel does not go at all honestly - 4 times a day; you are not on foot, since the road to the hill from the beach (25 minutes somewhere). There are 61 sun beds on the beach (!) for the whole hotel, there are constantly not enough of them , there is a direct battle for them! And then , half of them are taped shut. There is only beer and water on the beach, there were sandwiches a couple of times and they were vegetarian; if you want to eat-> you definitely need to return to the hotel itself (on a transfer that does not run often).
The hotel itself is tired, and has been tired for a long time ((( the gym is just the bottom ... there is not a single broken simulator!!!!
Take shampoo and so on with you , since there is no paste , no soap ... there is nothing; the sheets are all torn

We arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock. And although there were rooms available at the hotel, we were checked in at exactly 14 o'clock. The hotel management is non-client-oriented. There is no luggage storage for suitcases, they left suitcases near the reception desk.
The administrators do not know either Russian or English. The girls at the reception are trying to communicate with the guests using a translator on their phones.
The view of the hotel is neglected, broken, unkempt. Copper sheets have been partially torn off on the roof of the central tower of the hotel, they are swaying in the wind, it is dangerous. Sofas and chairs are dirty and broken. Used glasses are not in a hurry to be removed from tables in the bar, in the recreation area and on the floors – they can stand all day.
The elevators did not work periodically. One, due to a malfunction, was turned off completely.
The hotel has 3 swimming pools (two outdoor, one indoor), but the pool near the dining room is not working: garbage and flies were floating in it. The indoor pool didn't work either – it was filled with water, but it wasn't cleaned. There are not enough sun beds near the functioning pool. Many of the sun beds are broken.
On the territory of the hotel and in the Panorama bar, the light is dim in the evenings, half of the lamps are burned out or defective. There is no shop on site. There is a shop on the way to the beach.
In the evening, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the dining room during dinner and in the bar. They bit me. Vacationers complained – mosquitoes were killed. It has become less.
The balcony in the room is small, you can't go out on it together. There is a dryer on the balcony, but it was broken, parts fell out of it. View from the balcony to the mountains, beautiful, quiet. In the room: the wallpaper moves away from the wall in places. The mirrors in the room are cracked, the cracks are sealed with the hotel's branded adhesive tape. The door handles in the toilet are on snot, the sockets are falling off, the lower parts of the furniture in our room are swollen and fallen off. It looks like there was once a flood in the room.
The refrigerator inside is rusty, it warms the cabinet more than it cools the contents. The cleaners should be asked to change the bed linen, and give out the right amount of towels and soap, otherwise, they did not do it themselves, they only left us with an excess of toilet paper. There are no promised kettles in the rooms.
The air conditioner in the room was faulty, gave errors 4 and 9. Several times we reported a malfunction of the air conditioner at the reception. The air conditioning in the hotel is centralized. It is likely that the periodic shutdown of the air conditioner is the shutdown of the entire air conditioning system in the hotel. The problem with the water distribution is that several times only very hot water flowed from two taps in the bathroom. It had to be drained for a long time to get cold. Only one key card is given from the room. But we were given two at the request. Others were refused a second key. We did not understand what this selectivity is related to.
Many people had WiFi only at the reception. We were lucky – we had Wi-Fi in our room
The cuisine is Turkish, not European. You will not stay hungry, but if you have a weak stomach, then problems and heartburn are inevitable. Often, after the first wave of eaters, the buffet trays were empty. Then the food was reported to the trays, but we had to wait a long time. Dishes, glasses are chipped, there is not enough of it. The tables in the dining room were not wiped, the tablecloths were not changed. In the morning, we came to breakfast first - the tables and tablecloths from yesterday's dinner were covered in crumbs and stains.
In bars, wine, vodka, crayfish, gin - of low quality, Ephesus beer, water - all up to 24 hours. There are no drinks after and there is no extra charge. It is prudent to take water to the room in advance, there is no water at night, the refrigerator with water is closed. Glasses in bars are poorly washed or simply rinsed. There were traces of someone else's lips and fingers on the glasses.
Transfer to the beach is not clear how he walks, he does not really adhere to the schedule. There are 25 seats in the minibus . As it filled up, so it went. The transfer schedule is inconvenient. Four trips to the beach. Four from the beach. We went to the beach on foot - 20 min. We went back, as the climb to the hotel is very steep. Attachment to the transfer prevents you from relaxing and relaxing. I had to break down so as not to miss the bus, and so that there was enough space on the bus.
The hotel has 119 rooms. When the hotel is loaded, there are more than 200 vacationers in it. There are only 52 sun beds on the beach! Half of them are broken. 15 mattresses, 21 umbrellas, tables - 0. Of course, for those who arrived at the beach by the first transfer at 9.30 a.m., there were not always enough sunbeds. Those who later stayed without sunbeds. To take a sunbed, you had to come to the beach before the arrival of the first transfer. Vacationers tried to occupy the sun beds of a nearby hotel - they were kicked out. Enterprising tourists occupied the sun beds in the evening, hung towels and their underpants on them. This, quite reasonably, infuriated some tourists, and then the things left on the sun beds could never meet their owners. One beach bartender himself occupied a sunbed on the beach, spread out his towel and pillows on it, lay on the sunbed every day, slept or read Plato. The second beach bartender occupied 4 sun beds for his friends, laying out his belongings on them.
No one cleaned the beach area: garbage, bottles, wrappers, bags, condoms, cigarette butts. And cigarette butts in huge quantities - all this lay on the beach for 2 weeks of our vacation. There are no garbage cans on the beach of the hotel.
The beach bar is a gazebo made of boards and sheets of OSB. It has 3 tables, several sagging chairs. Beer, water, coffee, sandwiches - this is what was announced. In fact: periodically there was no beer: that, the faucet is not working, that, they did not bring, that, it's over." Even the water was not always there. Many people complained at the reception, but nothing changed.
They did not dare to use the beach shower and toilet. The toilet is a wooden shed, smelly and filthy. The shower is a hose lying on the ground. The beach bar is completely unsanitary. The bartender did not wash the glasses, occasionally rinsed them. We don't like beer with sand and someone else's lipstick, so we brought our clean scans to the beach. But, abdominal disease could not be avoided anyway.
In two bars on the territory of the hotel, too, something was constantly running out: the tonic was over, the coffee was over, the glasses were out…
There is no animation in the hotel. There is no night club. A la carte, no. They turn on music in the Panorama bar, dancing lovers entertained themselves there in the evenings. Beautiful views from the Panorama bar, but big ants crawl on the tables, climb into glasses.
A 15-minute walk away there is the tourist village of Sarigerme with shops, bars, restaurants.
Nature, mountains, landscapes are magnificent. The sea is clear, clean, smells like watermelon, the sand is wonderful, but this is not the merit of the hotel.
It seemed that the hotel was on its last legs, that neither the hotel owner nor the hired staff had any interest in maintaining the hotel in proper condition. But despite the numerous shoals of the hotel, we rested. The main thing is a positive attitude. But we will not return to this hotel anymore.

From a one-day experience of living with mold, in a wing overlooking the sea, I can say that this is an option neither for "owls" nor for "larks", because the sun is scorching in the morning, and at night music from the pool bar screams until half past one..moreover, this music is clearly "for an amateur" and is determined not by the best teenage ideas of a hotel DJ about good music..
For food and canteen staff...very strange feelings also remained ..firstly, you always need to ask someone for bottled water at the bar, it is not freely available and if you arrive at night when the bars are not working, you can only drink water from the tap, and there is naturally nowhere to boil it...at least they put one cooler somewhere!. In the dining room, the boiler is covered with a towel at night, the lights are turned off and in order to pour yourself boiling water outside the meal schedule in the dining room, you also need to try not to meet with the staff of the dining room, otherwise most likely you will be sent for tea to the pool bar, which is about ten minutes away and which works until one o'clock in the morning. Accordingly, if you get up early, before the bars and canteen start working, you will also have to extract boiling water.
The food seemed to be strained too...the assortment seems to even be small, but really delicious high-quality products are limited in quantity and go only to those "who managed"... The rest finish the rest, while the managers of the dining room do not disdain to spread out old cakes for distribution and dying last year's oranges, And if you liked some product from them, you may also be looked at askance...So, when we were there, the manager of the dining room was scandalized because one new tourist ate all these dying oranges for dinner..
But the chefs themselves left a very pleasant feeling, smiling, friendly, responsive!

Even a bus to the beach and back (more like a battered minibus) runs on a schedule inconvenient for vacationers, somehow specially selected so that people could not get to the hotel on time for breakfast or dinner. Either sunset at the sea and a half-hour drive to the hotel with beach bags with damp towels, or transport to the hotel an hour before sunset and dinner.
About the beach...the only plus is entering the sea on soft sand, it is also a minus on the shore, even if it is a little stormy, all the sunscreen on you instantly turns into a scrub, everything is in the sand...hair, eyes, towels, clothes..
The cleanliness of the beach is also not much monitored...cigarette butts. the sunbeds are tired, which may also not get at all. But they are there, however, as well as a single changing room, next to a rarely cleaned toilet, without paper, but thanks, at least with water. In the beach bar, which is open strictly on schedule from ten to five, you can only take water, tea, instant coffee and beer, which are also limited in quantity.

A quiet, peaceful hotel. There are few Russian tourists. Communication with the staff in English or through an online translator. The restaurant is simple, you won't starve, without frills. A minibus takes you to the sea. Walking distance to the sea is 15-20 minutes. The beach is sandy. Garbage is thrown mainly by local residents (they smoked and put a cigarette butt in the sand).

I can't put 5 stars, there were still when the hotel was called Kasel in 2019, to be honest, there were a lot of shoals in the hotel, but we turned a blind eye to everything, nature and the sea conquered us 🌊 15 minutes drive to the airport in what a big way..
The kitchen was delicious, but there wasn't much food! The Aegean coast is very steep, the sand is like velvet. I would like to go to this area again, but only to another hotel.

The hotel is located 12 km from Dalaman Airport, in the very picturesque village of Sarigerme. The very location of the hotel is on a mountain, which offers an indescribable landscape !!!
The hotel is not for families with children due to its mountainous location. Just for a relaxing holiday. The Panorama bar is at its height. The guys will make great cocktails. There is another bar. The food was very good and varied, no frills, but everything was delicious. One day there was a Turkish night and a show- be sure to try the shawarma. This is a creation change! Delicious mutton!
All rooms are specific. Either to the mountains or to the sea. Sunsets and sunrises I don't know such words, because of the mountains. Get up once at 4:50. There is a path above the hotel - there is another panorama.
At night in the mountains, if you are afraid of Wild Boars, do not go - 3-4 pieces go. But they are not aggressive.
The sea is shared with the Turks, there are a lot of them, and that's a good thing. We can chat. A very good place to get to know them. On vacation, they are better than ours for sure. Everyone is friendly. there is a hotel bar on the beach until 17, with small meals and all kinds of drinks. The only disadvantage is that there is little transport at sea. There are only five flights. The hotel is a 30-minute walk away. We were walking quietly. But the mountain is a mountain high serpentine with four elevations, meters from 1000. Some days we went up 3 times. There is a supermarket on the way.
Local men walk on the beach and urge them to go with them to the neighboring island to catch crabs and fish from 10 to 16 for $ 50-60. We agreed, but the boat turned out to be not very safe, although it is probably suitable to walk around the skeleton, but we were afraid to burn in the sun. There are beautiful goats on the island.
Also on the beach, from time to time a young guy with a red beard appears and calls to go to three islands every day from 10:30 to 13 for $ 15 per person, so you definitely need to go with him. Everything is very beautiful there and they are wonderful guys and the yacht is good. You can even do it twice - a good time!
There is one shopping street in the village with cafes, karaoke, excursions. Everything seems to be expensive there, but at the end of the street there is a cafe for Turks on the left. You can safely buy tea or lemonade and sit.
In general, if you come across a tour to this hotel, I envy you! I'll remember it for the rest of my life.

From 23.07 to 1.08 I was vacationing at this hotel with my wife.
Even at the airport, I wanted to take whiskey to dutifre, but I thought that the ultra all-inclusive would have normal alcohol. As a result, it was necessary to take your own, alcohol in the hotel is so-so, cocktails for 3 and bartenders for 3. By the sea, the bar has no alcohol at all except ephesus beer.
There is scheduled transport to the sea. It's a long walk, but you can walk for 20 minutes at a normal pace. There is a shop on the way. You can find entertainment at sea if you are approached with an offer of some kind of excursion (a grandfather approached us with an offer to catch crabs and a guy Yusuf, with an offer to sail a yacht to different places for $ 15 per person, we agreed)
The room was given 306. Which we were very happy about, because we heard talk that water often disappears above the 3rd floor and the pump does not pump. The room is small but cozy, the air conditioning works well, the view from the balcony to the pool and the mountains.
In general, it is worth noting that the landscapes here are beautiful. Mountains and the sea. The air is fresh. The beach is sandy and smooth, it reached the end of the buoys, stood on the capes. The water is warm and clear.
But! There is no entertainment on site at all. By the sea, all the neighboring hotels have some kind of entertainment, ours does not. The sunbeds on the sea are really shabby, but it is tolerable. There are catastrophically not enough sun beds near the pool and they are just old and falling apart. The hotel has billiards. I advise you to take cards and dominoes with you, you can play in the company.
There are really problems with food in the hotel. There is no meat at all. For all the time, we did shawarma once, and at lunch at the panorama bar, burgers. The food is not tasteless, so it is normal to remove hunger. There aren't even any waffles for breakfast. There are 3-4 food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, eat what they give. You can live, but it's a little insulting. Ultra everything is included, even there is no ice cream anywhere for free.
So it turns out that by any criterion, everything in this hotel is 3. For 120,000 rubles, I definitely will not return here. I would give a maximum of 80,000 rubles for two. And so it's a bit of a pity, I think we overpaid.

There were not enough devices several times, we had to wait (On the day of arrival there was a complete shock, then we adapted, but we will not go there anymore! To the sea, take into account this is the third line, do not listen to that 600 meters, more than a kilometer! 20 minutes on foot, along the roadway. The shuttle runs three times a day at 9, 10 and 14 o'clock. Taxi fare is $5 one way. On the beach, the bar is a song, a toilet on a chain, a slit with a thumb, look who wants) Kapets locker room...I'm sorry, they shit there. It's a building made of planks, like a barn, and they shit there! But a shower with fresh water)) The bar gives beer, beer, beer..They also bake tortillas. Hunger is not an aunt - you will eat)) The pool bar has a beautiful panoramic view, cocktails are only called that, but you want to drink, otherwise there is no way)) Pros: room cleaning every day, the staff at the restaurant is courteous, the hotel is beautiful) In general , something like that... Do I recommend it? The beauty around is unreal, the hotel is very small, there is a certain intimacy, privacy, the staff does not speak English very hard, the food is also unusual for Turkey, I really liked it. It's a very long way to the sea, the shuttle 3 times a day is very small, it's especially difficult to climb the mountain, the hotel stands on a cliff, the coastline is long and very beautiful.. There is a bar on the beach and there is a toilet. Would I go back to this hotel? Definitely, yes. If you are used to a "zucchini" vacation, then you definitely are not here.

The word that can describe this hotel is DIRT. Dirt is everywhere: garbage on the territory, dirty sticky tables, dirty dishes with streaks, dirty towels, dirty floors everywhere, a dirty pool area with broken umbrellas and sun beds.
The beach (the area of this hotel) is just littered with bottles and cigarette butts and old sun beds that are falling apart before our eyes. There are areas of other hotels next to this dump, they are in perfect condition. If there is no difference for someone, then this pigsty hotel is definitely a cool option.
Food is a separate art form, there is nothing to eat at all. For breakfast - fried potatoes, boiled eggs, beans and scrambled eggs with weathered yolks and soy sausage. For dinner, boiled eggs that were not eaten in the morning were cut in half and sprinkled with black pepper, and chicken, chicken, chicken in all its incarnations.
All this lies on dirty plates and causes a gag reflex.
There is a bar, but they don't know how to make cocktails.
The water in the room is salty, it is impossible to wash and brush your teeth properly.
The Internet is only available in the lobby area, the room catches in one place, there is no Internet on the beach or by the pool.
The only plus is nature, but this is in no way the merit of the shit-maker.

The room is small, there is no kettle, cleaning was waited for 4 days, until they quarreled, did not clean, did not change towels and linen, then they only cleaned and gave toilet paper, but did not put detergents and water. The casing fell off above the door, after which all sorts of stones and debris were lying around, when cleaning, for some reason they were not removed, the casing was nailed, a day later it moved away again and we were afraid that it would fall on our heads, the maid would not be seen in the daytime with fire, we were surprised what a dirty carpet in the corridors, there is just a huge amount of garbage!!!! They don't vacuum the hallway. The food was terrible, well, nothing tasty at all!!!! No cottage cheese, no yogurt, no porridge, not even a normal omelet, boiled eggs helped out. The TV does not have Russian channels. Otherwise, if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet, since the hotel is without children, you can go here, especially for cheaper money, you can take a taxi to shops and restaurants for 20 lira, it's 3 dollars, there are any shops. In general, I liked the beauty of this place.

A wonderful hotel for relaxation and recuperation. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Great rooms and SOOO delicious cuisine! We had a rest in September for the third time. We will definitely come again! I especially like the location of the hotel-it is located on the mountain, away from the roads. The cleanest air and extraordinary tranquility are here!

Stunning views, friendly staff, beautiful clear sea, sandy beach. Good cuisine without claims to premium. A 24-hour bar. To the sea by shuttle 5 minutes, walks often. Hammam, massage, for a fee, sauna. There were some minor problems with cleaning the room. The room was taken higher on the 5th floor because of the mountain view. The pool is nice and clean. I would like good beautiful music for lunch and dinner, a little more choice of dishes, as well as complete relaxation without noise and din. Those who want to hang out are not here.

Nice hotel.If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you!There is no animation in the hotel, relax music plays all day,in the bar overlooking the sea, more active, from the entertainment of the billiard room, table tennis, big tennis.There is a free hammam and sauna.The staff is friendly and welcoming, the room cleaning is good, the bar is replenished daily.The manager is attentive, he is interested in the opinion of vacationers, if there are any shortcomings, he solves them.The nature around is beautiful, years of pine trees, it's a long way to the sea 15min. on foot but there is a transfer.the beach is sandy.

I completely disagree. We were at this hotel on June 14-21, 2019. A gorgeous place!!!! Stunning views, courteous staff. The girls at the reception helped with any questions, no one was ever rude or searched anything, even the room was not checked after check-out. Food - we couldn't taste everything in a week. Some local dishes are for an amateur, but in general - good, fresh food, without lobsters, true, and harmful -grilled every evening... Fruits - a wagon and a small cart, watermelon, cherries, plums, apples, pears, oranges, nectarines, apricots, melon (tasteless) and something unidentified local. Sweets only for lunch and dinner, cakes of their preparation are a separate delicious song (especially cool souffles with thin biswit). Something was running out - they reported, except for cakes and sweets. In June, watermelons, ripe and sweet, were gorged for a couple of months ahead. From entertainment, we were approached by free billiards, a hammam and a sauna) And great pools. Before choosing a hotel, I read a lot of reviews, from enthusiastic to extremely negative. We were lucky that we didn't see the dirt that is being poured on this hotel at all. The only truth about the Castle is that there is no cleaning, but the bed linen and room towels are perfectly white, but those that are given in the spa - it's time to change long ago. This is not a top five, there are not enough repairs in some places and cleaning needs to be tightened, but it is absolutely not a "homeless man"! A great place for a quiet holiday together! (children are not allowed there).

The hotel is very good for its price. Two comfortable pools, lots of vegetation, very clean and well maintained. You can also walk to the beach, or take an organized minibus according to the schedule. The place itself is very quiet, ideal to forget about the hustle and bustle and just swim and walk

The hotel's beach is small, they close early (toilet and bar) although you can sunbathe and sunbathe. The beach is dirty, the sunbeds and mattresses are not washed, the toilet is dirty..There is little food, really little, you will come later for half an hour of the restaurant opening, you will eat rice and broccoli, the main dishes are cold, tasteless (dried chicken, overcooked fish, no beef and lamb, no national pastries, pasta is overcooked. A beautiful well-maintained area with southern vegetation, with swimming pools, lighting. The lobby is also comfortable. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the village. Then there are only disadvantages. The room is terrible, worn out, all 4 sockets are occupied, if you want to charge the phone, you need to turn off the lamp, TV or refrigerator, the light is only from two bedside lamps. The "marble" floor and the lack of slippers, in principle, you drip in half-exposed shoes. From the bathroom there is only one set of towels for three and shampoo, half a roll of toilet paper. The safe doesn't work, the neighbors also didn't have a refrigerator - no one even tried to fix something, but they tried to figure out why we needed a refrigerator. Dinner is meager with paid drinks (even water for $ 1), breakfast without leftover desserts. There are many English- and French-speaking pensioners. Frostbitten staff, they are not rude, but you can't not work like that. Wi-Fi is not stable. I was woken up by a call at 6 a.m., confused with someone else. Towels from the spa could not be handed over, and they were left in the room.

Terrible hotel!!! People, it's better to add money and buy a tour to a normal hotel, not to this homeless shelter. We have vacationed many places, but we have never seen such lawlessness anywhere! There was everything: searches of the room for something belonging to the hotel, the boorish attitude of the hotel staff (bartenders, cleaners, etc.) and naturally poor food. Well, you know, like in an orphanage, during a week of rest we never saw normal meat, only chicken. We were afraid that by the end of the rest we would crow! The only thing that brightened up the rest was the excellent sea and nature.

It is located far from the sea and settlements. You can walk to the sea from the hotel in 20 minutes at a leisurely pace, it's hard to climb back into the mountains. The rooms in the hotel are small, the room is 12 meters, it is cramped to walk. The rooms are not fresh, like the whole hotel, the wallpaper is peeling, the paint is knocked down in places. Solid three stars, I don't know how to get 5 stars in this condition. The indoor pool is closed, and so is the Turkish bath. Food for 4. Nature is beautiful. Silence, unless the locals arrive at the hotel.

We were at the hotel from 05.10.18 to 12.10.18. The hotel is located in a very beautiful place! The view from the panoramic platform is beautiful! It's not a long walk to the sea, 7-12 minutes back, because the last segment goes downhill. It's hard to tell from the food and cleaning, maybe it was the end of the season. There are no complaints about drinks and the bar.
