Great hotel in the city center. There is a place to walk on foot, there are public transport stops nearby, including the metro. There is a good market nearby with a souvenir and nuts/sweets. The room is clean and tidy, comfortable beds, good plumbing. Despite the proximity to the road, the room is quiet enough.
A luxury hotel. Responsive staff. Breakfast is simply indescribable. An abundance of dishes. Everything is very tasty. Two swimming pools, outdoor and indoor. The water is clean. I recommend.
Very good location.
A large room, a comfortable large bed, an excellent mattress, a set of pillows for any neck. Coffee machine, tea/coffee/water is updated every day. The status display is conveniently made: Do not disturb/Take away...
a wonderful varied breakfast. Really great, thanks!
A couple of spoonfuls of tar:
- there is no balcony, the windows are only slightly open. Not a problem, but even the view from the window can be photographed at the risk of losing your phone :-)
-a very old dirty carpet in the room. It REALLY spoils the look of an expensive room. It's a shame!
The first time in this hotel, a very good impression from the first minutes. The room is spacious, the air conditioning is regulated as needed for a comfortable condition, excellent staff, everyone speaks Russian, there is an ATM, and most importantly there are swimming pools and a sauna, everything you need to relax after hot summer walks around the city. The buffet meets all the requirements, there are a lot of pastries, sweets, fruits, I will recommend this hotel to everyone who goes to Tashkent.
Very hard beds, very. This is for a big fan. The pillows are the same. Good breakfasts. The rooms are small and the street noise is decent, especially at night
A very nice hotel. A comfortable mattress. There is a kettle (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water), a full set of toiletries. Nice spa center (warm water pool, sauna and gym). The staff is polite and speaks several languages.
We like everything!
We travel often - we always choose hotels with a swimming pool)
By the way, the sauna is separate for men and women and there are good sun beds and 2 towels each!
They open at 7 a.m. - very convenient)
Nice hotel. This assessment is because after booking, if there are rooms on the upper floors (which is what I wanted), they gave me a room on the 3rd and couldn't change it. The service is good. Breakfasts are normal. The room is small. Locals say it used to be better.
An amazing hotel! Delicious, varied food - from natural honey combs, to homemade pastries - pancakes, waffles, pancakes. A huge variety of seasonal fruits. All are the freshest. Two swimming pools, spacious, with crystal clear water. Daily room cleaning, nothing to complain about. A spacious, bright room, very comfortable mattresses, the back just rests after such.
I was there because we had an international conference there, I was in such a hurry and did not have time to have breakfast, but when we were given a break, we were treated with various types of dishes. I had breakfast and lunch at the same time.
We often stop at the belt for business trips . Great breakfasts, comfortable and clean. The price-quality ratio is at the highest level.
The room is clean, the staff is very friendly. In hot weather, you can spend time by the pool with great pleasure. Everything you need for a comfortable life on a trip is there.
A great hotel for a reasonable price. A large selection for breakfast. There is an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a gym. The location is the very center of Tashkent. Nearby, Within walking distance of the Altai market and the fashionable Broadway street.
The service is at a good level. The staff is polite and friendly, ready to help with any request. Everything is clean, tidy, everything is in good condition. Outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna. A restaurant with a huge selection of dishes-everything is sooo delicious! I recommend this hotel.
I was pleased with our Uzbek brothers! Standard room for 6 500₸ (+туристік 4 tourist tax)! I was fed up by tasting 1/4 of what I gave for breakfast! Recommended
A good four by the American standard. The rooms are clean, the sound insulation is very high quality. Breakfast is full, everything that is supposed to be. The location is convenient, but the noise from a busy intersection can interfere if you sleep with the window open
Very helpful staff, attentive. The coffee machine in the room and different coffee options (strength, aroma, roasting) are perfect! The breakfast is simply BOMBASTIC: excellent pastries, baklava of several types, olives and olives, vegetables and fruits, cottage cheese, homemade yogurt!!
The location is equally not far from many attractions
Excellent conference rooms
This is my first visit to Tashkent. The hotel is conveniently located in the center. Lived for three days, September 2022. There are attractions within walking distance. There is not much choice in the restaurant, but in general you will definitely not be hungry. However, sometimes it was a little crowded at breakfast. The staff is Russian-speaking. The room is generally decent. There is a piece of paper on the bedside table next to the bed, which notifies that bed linen will be changed by default once every three days because of the love of nature. But if you put this piece of paper on the bed, it will be replaced immediately. I didn't go to the pool, I can't tell you. Elevators work funny. Three elevators, but not synchronized with each other. Everyone can come to the floor at once. There is an ATM on the ground floor where you can withdraw local currency - soums from the MIR card. The rate of 1 ruble = 180 soums. In general, it is easy to become a millionaire. In the room there is a refrigerator, a kettle, a capsule coffee machine, a safe, a wardrobe, a TV, a desk, a coffee table, a combined and spacious toilet room, a shower cabin, a hairdryer. In general, everything is decent, but with specifics.
excellent location, attentive staff, the presence of a cafe and restaurant, an exchange machine, they respond quickly to all requests
Didn't like it · The hotel is already old , and absolutely not .matches the price . The ceilings in the rooms are low, the carpet is stained, worn, the pillows are hard and uncomfortable. But, in general, everything is not catastrophic, the hotel is good 3 stars, not 4
A wonderful varied breakfast. A comfortable room. The room has everything you need, including a safe, hairdryer and iron. Convenient location. Friendly staff. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, which is especially valuable when it is hot in Tashkent.
A great hotel.
The service is excellent.
The room is comfortable, cozy, clean. There is everything you need. There is a pillow menu. Wi-Fi is quite fast and stable. Sometimes it fell out, but not critically.
The breakfasts are great.
I haven't been to the pool.
On the day of arrival, I did not go out for dinner, but ordered room service.
The service is excellent.
And here is the food itself. I don't recommend it. Absolutely not tasty. And then I went to the restaurant itself one evening. I ordered a cosmopolitan cocktail. Well, it was vodka with grapefruit juice, and even with floating bones from it in the cocktail itself.
Therefore, the conclusion. The hotel is excellent, the breakfasts are excellent, but I do not recommend the restaurant.
In general, a good hotel, but annoying roughness prevents me from putting 5 points. I will now list the + and -, and the reader will decide for himself how critical it is for him to choose.
So, the pros:
- excellent location in the center with walking access to two metro lines
- the hotel is fresh, nothing is shabby, the plumbing is in order, there are no smells
- there is an external and internal swimming pool
- one of the best breakfasts in the last few trips. Even cooked porridges to choose from and a cute cook on omelets. In general, breakfast is probably the strongest side here.
Minuses:
- the only hotel in Uzbekistan that unexpectedly charged 32€ for 2 rooms over the cost in booking. I understand that there are some "local taxes", but other hotels hide them inside the cost, and do not put guests in front of the fact?
- not a single reception employee has ever greeted the guests. Strange for this level of hotel. I don't mean not only us, I was looking at it on purpose. The guests get out of the elevator and walk right past the reception, the staff does not seem to see them.
- more or less mattresses, but there are two pillows and both are huge. It would be logical to make them of different sizes. Both we and our friends were uncomfortable, not used to such monsters.
- at first, the promising 20MB of Internet first sank to 2-3 MB by the evening, and after that breaks and lags began in general. If you come to work remotely, then a surprise may be waiting for you. Only the mobile Internet saved me.
On the day of departure, a very kind girl at the reception (I remember the name begins with C) first of all, she greeted everyone. Secondly, she allowed me to leave my things in the room for an extra hour. This finally dragged the rating to a plus, after all, the impression remained positive. With reservations, but nevertheless I recommend the hotel!
A modern, comfortable hotel. Not far from Amir Temur Square, it takes about 10 minutes to walk. Large rooms, shampoos and hygiene kits, excellent breakfast, polite and smart staff. They don't change money, but there are ATMs.
Nice hotel, clean, tidy. Very tasty pasta in the restaurant of this hotel. The staff is very polite and friendly. The rooms are clean, cozy, and tidy! In general, we are very satisfied. And the location of the hotel is in the very center, which is very convenient!
The hotel is old with not very attentive staff. But there is a good outdoor pool with service, and a terrace for pleasant gatherings in the warmer months
Very good staff the hotel is located in the center of Tashkent. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 10:30 and for dinner they have a restaurant that works 24/7 and they cook very tasty and as for the pool, they have two indoor and one outdoor and there is also a gym, spa and sauna.
The hotel is excellent for the price/quality ratio. Breakfast for 7/10. When traveling to Tashkent, it is better to take it without breakfast, since there are a huge number of restaurants with breakfast at a price equal to the hotel, but with a large selection. The rooms are clean. The pool is nice. + gym and steam room. The staff is friendly and the stay is generally very comfortable. I removed 1 star for a broken handle in the shower ((
A good hotel for meeting guests, located in the city center, and it is very convenient for guests of the capital to get to any places from it in a minimum time. The service and accommodation are at a high level. I often place my foreign guests there.
Great! Nice one! The wife is such that she makes all the staff run wherever they come. Here, without question, they changed the linen and changed the rooms. Clean, good.
The spa is a little weak. Just the pool. The restaurant is expensive
We were well met - the hostess immediately offered the girls coffee. The hotel is clean and quiet. They clean very well. I forgot to close the safe with the cards and documents - everything is intact.
The room has a sanitizer, iron, board.
The restaurant at the hotel is expensive and I can not say that it is very tasty. But the coffee shop is very good, but be prepared to pay 860 rubles for bumble coffee, which is terribly expensive by local standards.
A pleasant moment - there was a card in the room for closing the electrical system, that is, you can leave the gadgets and the working air conditioner to charge and leave.
There is Parking, nearby there are communication salons, a bank. The airport is 30-35 minutes away by taxi.
Honest 4+, up to 5 is not enough except for a larger room area, and a refrigerator with snowballs and drinks.
My favorite hotel in Tashkent, everything is fine, the breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are clean and quiet. We always stay here with the whole family. Convenient location of the hotel!
A wonderful hotel. Excellent location, in the very center, near the metro station. From the outside, the hotel may seem a little unsightly, but in fact it is a good solid five. The rooms are spacious and modern, there is a tea and coffee set, slippers, terry bathrobe, cosmetics, everything you need. The mattress was a little stiff, but that didn't stop me from getting a great night's sleep. The linen is the freshest. Clean modern bathroom. Upon arrival, there was a compliment in the form of fruits / dried fruits, very nice :). The breakfasts are delicious. The receptionists are very polite and helpful guys. We managed to compare this hotel with the one opposite the City Palace, which looks cooler from the outside. Widham to a higher level. If we are still in Tashkent, we will definitely stay here.
The location is very good, the rooms are clean, the breakfasts are delicious. A large warm indoor pool (when we were, the outdoor one was just being cooked).
The hotel is in the center, the rooms are clean, cozy, tastefully decorated, there are reproductions of famous paintings. Everything you need is in the room, including slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, etc. The beds are very comfortable, powerful air conditioning. The breakfasts are extensive, the level is like in the top five. The staff is attentive, polite, and speak Russian.
