Apart hotel, it is important for us, spacious rooms. Kitchen, small set of dishes, refrigerator, microwave oven. The location is good, the beach can be said on the territory, there are swimming pools. The pool bar, on the beach you can order food and drinks using the QR code attached to the umbrella. Everything is good enough, but it doesn't pull at 5*. The rooms are clean and very simple. The staff is at 5, there are no questions, the rooms are cleaned well, cosmetics are the most common in large bottles bolted to the wall. There are no criticisms, an ordinary hotel on a palm tree.

Friendly staff, good hearty breakfasts on the menu (in the sense of a selection of ready-made breakfasts from different cuisines of the world). Snack bar by the pool (average check per person ~ 5000r). Huge rooms. A walking area for morning jogging on a palm tree.
Cons - you can only get there by car (taxi), there is one non-working ATM on site. View of the villa houses. There is a construction site nearby (you can't hear in the room if you don't listen). An empty Anapa-level beach with only clear water, flying fish, and no root canal with mud.

I liked: breakfast/dinner (half board), the hotel staff is very competent (mostly Filipinos, Thais), room cleaning daily including wet cleaning, a huge deluxe room, the hotel has its own beach and pool area. Pool bar, snacks (fast food). The price of 300k with a flight from St. Petersburg and a transfer from / to the airport for four is quite humane in 12 days in these troubled times.(06.24)
I didn't like it.:
Some distance from the center of Palm Jumeira (Nakhil Mall), the absence of at least some grocery store within walking distance. Prices at the beach bar are 45-80 AED for sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs and 50 AED on top for each jar of corona 0.35l. But this is Dubai - everything is expensive here😁
Conclusion: for a relaxing holiday with your family, yes - it is quite worthy. The only serious disadvantage is the remoteness. Taxi to Nakhil mall round trip ~ 50 dirhams, to Soba Realty metro ~100 dirhams. Well, this Palm Tree is more fun in the Marina .. but there are few hotels with their own beach and they cost a few other money.

So, we went here with Wyndham Dubai Marina on a free transfer to sunbathe. The place is good for sunbathing, there are a lot of sun beds by the pool and on the sea, the pool and beach are clean, everything is neat, the price tags are too high as on the whole palm tree, but this is normal for a palm tree. The receptionist girl is the tallest, just a miracle, she helped a lot when the season started and there was nowhere to lie down, thanks to her! And in general about the hotel, we walked around the territory and for us, as for relaxing in a hotel, and not just on the beach, it seemed to us a very small area, it would be boring in the evening, not to walk, there are hotels on the palm tree with a more extensive and green territory, so I was glad that we lived in Dubai Marina only came to sunbathe and swim.

I don't understand who is writing these reviews. On the positive side, it's a large room and cleaning service, but you won't get far on that.
The sun beds by the pool and the beach are divided according to the rooms that you have booked. If you have not booked the villa, you will be lying in the gallery. The sun beds are tired and the pillows are dirty. Not a single store in the area.

Great place. Friendly staff. I recommend this residence. It is located on the first line of the Persian Gulf
There were no big problems in communication. We are Russian, but even with our level of knowledge of the language (below average), the staff finds an approach to each guest.
All places (beach, pool, rooms, restaurant, interior of the residence, the surrounding area) are very pleasant, clean and well maintained.
The only drawback was the sounds of repairs, which began in the afternoon, as part of the residence is being renovated. But this is an insignificant minus, since all work is carried out strictly until 17:00 Arabic time. And you will not have to hear it often, because you will enjoy rest and entertainment outside the residence

The apartment was destroyed in small ways. The water is flowing from the shower, the whole bathroom floor was wet. The air conditioners are aimed at the headboards of the beds in the bedrooms, blow into the head and are not regulated in any way, it is strongly blown. Tasteless soaps and shampoos, like dishwashing liquid.
The bathroom stinks of sewage.

The hotel is cut off from the life of the city, in order to get somewhere you need to either make 35 transfers or take a taxi, there is one restaurant on site and very monotonous fresh food, there is a view of the sea, but only from the balcony you can see, the rooms are quite dark, the sea is cool (February), it was warmer on jbr 2 weeks ago, the territory is small but cozy, very similar to some kind of Egypt on an all-inclusive system, but not all inclusive 😄

Very quiet place, everything is extremely calm. In the evening, you will not meet anyone on the street. Of the minuses – there is no infrastructure around at all, no shops, no restaurants. But, for someone, this is probably a plus. Quite a decent apartment with hotel service. I lived here for two weeks, and moved to another place where it was more fun.
