We really liked the hotel, we had a family vacation with two children aged 3 and 5 in April 2025.
* The breakfasts are varied, we always found something to eat for both children and adults. Delicious, clean and beautiful.
* The room was taken as a standard with one large bed and an extra one. As a result, I slept with the children on the big one (probably 2.2 meters wide), my husband on the extra one (because you can't put a child under the air conditioner). The extra bed is actually a 25 cm high mattress on the floor, but it didn't bother us at all. The room was spacious enough, we were not crowded. Cleaning was done every day, but sometimes we missed it because we didn't have time to clean up until 2 p.m., and then we had a nap and, of course, the maid was not allowed in. In general, it is not critical, in this case, they provided water, tul boom towels, etc. without any problems. There is a YouTube channel on TV
* The mini-park is just great for kids our age, I think kids 9+ won't have as much fun anymore, but our 3 and 5 years just didn't get out. At the time of our rest, it was clear that the roller coaster complex was already pretty tired outwardly, but there was information that from May to June 2025 it would be reconstructed, apparently it would get better.
*we lived in building No. 1 - we are very happy that we were not accommodated above (No. 4 and beyond) it was convenient for us that we didn't have far to go before breakfast, the children's pool was right at the exit, and anyway the exit from the hotel was close.
*it takes a long time to get to the sandy beaches of Yanui and Naiharn to go swimming, but he takes a tuk-tuk from the hotel at 11:00, 14:00 and 17:00. For us, the time was not convenient, because it was the sun. We rented a bike and rode it to the beach, so it wasn't a problem for us, but without a bike we would have to take a taxi at 8-9 in the morning and return by tuk-tuk.
* A normal exchange across the street, massage parlors and good cafes (Thai and Russian) in 5-7 minutes walk to the left of the reception. 7/12 is the nearest 10-15 min walk away, I would like to get closer, but not critical.
* 10-15 min walk to Rawai beach, but they don't swim there, we only went there for dinner (in the evening, the cafes are open right on the embankment, very tasty and beautiful). The price tag is higher, of course, but the atmosphere is cool.
I am delighted with the hotel, it was perfect for our family. We were satisfied with the price/quality ratio.
The hotel is wonderful. Everything is beautiful, green, there is a swimming pool on each building, there are enough sun beds, there were no problems with towels. The breakfasts are also good, you can find something to have breakfast with... you won't stay hungry. Cleaning was done every day.
They take you to the beach in the morning and evening, but it's better to sign up. We really took a taxi and went in the morning. It was very convenient to download the app for taxis, but the children liked the evening tuk-tuk more)))
There is also a transfer to the observation deck, I advise you to go and capture the sunset. And yes, at the bottom of the observation deck there is a cafe called the green Summer Day, where you can take a lot of beautiful photos.
We went to the fish market for dinner, I advise you to walk around and find out the price from everyone, and then take it as you bought it, they will send you to a restaurant with which they cooperate and cook at your discretion. However, you will need to pay an additional 100 baht for a kg of seafood. One thing I can say , the food is delicious 🤤
I can also recommend Nikita restaurant, this is not reaching the fish market. Huge portions of a burger with French fries, I took a pineapple with an incomparable rice. Unfortunately, I can't put it on the map.
I would also recommend the Lobster restaurant, which is not far from the 7-key market.
We were taken to the hotel once, and they brought it to our room, which is very good, especially if we are tired in the evening and do not have the strength to go anywhere.
The hotel is new, clean, and beautifully maintained. When we were there, they planted all the lawns with flowers, and the lighting was beautiful at night. They decorated everything with garlands for the new year.
The bed is gorgeous, the size is simply gigantic, the linen is clean and snow-white, the towels are large and good. Cleaning every day, linen was changed on the 4th day.
Water was brought every day.
The breakfasts were good, rather monotonous, but we didn't starve.
Fruits in the assortment, coffee in the vending machines is not bad
The only gemmore is the beach. Take a transfer, which you need to make an appointment for.
They are taking you to Nai Harn beach, which is clean and beautiful, with clear water, a catamaran on the horizon, and an island that you can board to. If you can't find seats after 11, all the deck chairs are redeemed. Locals lie on the sand
A lot of foreigners.
Everyone says with one voice that it was much cleaner and cooler before the pandemic, but what do we have.
Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel, the staff, and the beach.
