A very beautiful hotel in the South of Thailand😍
My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay. A new, cool hotel with excellent service, with clean, well-groomed territory and cool pools.
Swedish line for 5+, lots of delicious fresh fruits, a good variety of cuisine. The staff is smiling), polite.
There are a lot of couples in the hotel, we wanted a relaxing holiday, without parties and noisy music))We got it
10 minutes from the hotel, beautiful Nai Harn beach, there are not bad coffee shops on the beach, we had dinner there. We often went to parties at the hotel, they are there every 3/4 days)
The only thing is to get from the hotel to the center in 40 minutes by taxi😉
If in general..We were very satisfied with the hotel and the rest.
The hotel is located ten minutes walk in a straight line from the beach. In a very picturesque place. The rooms in the hotel are large and well designed. All furniture and inventory are fresh. There are even two Russian TV channels. Excellent breakfasts. A large selection of dishes from both European and Asian cuisine. Fruits are always selected and varied. There is a wonderful coffee shop next to the reception! Coffee is not cheap, but it is very tasty! Nice SPA salon. There is also a massage parlor, but the prices are three times higher than outside the hotel. The gym is not very large but with very good equipment, it is well ventilated and there is water and towels. The hotel staff is very friendly! The rooms were always cleaned very clean and creatively! There is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception. The pool is always clean and warm. If you rent a car or bike on vacation, then parking is provided on site right under your building. And there are always places. It's very convenient! In general, the hotel is very cozy and comfortable for rest! We will be happy to come to it again, and advise all our friends!
An excellent hotel - a spacious and clean swimming pool with a large number of sun beds, towels are provided, a spacious room, a varied breakfast, a toilet in the best styles of Japan, the distance from the beach (10 minutes) is a kind of plus, because on the way I ordered sliced fruit at the store and crunched with pleasure (I also left some baht and took the already cut ones on the way back to eat at the hotel ), prompt room service for food and drinks.
Of the cons:
the bathroom was leaking, the sealer was flooding the floor, there was an excellent garbage dump on the far side of the pool from the street, there was absolutely nothing for adults and children to do in the evening (put a billiard table, a table for tennis, etc.).
If you are planning to relax in Phuket, we definitely recommend this hotel!
The staff is friendly, the area is clean, the pool is warm. There is a shuttle service to Nai Harn Beach every hour. Nearby there is a currency exchange, seven eleven and several other shops. A little further there are pharmacies, cafes and souvenir shops.
Let's give you a couple of life hacks:
1. From 16:00 to 18:00, a Happy Hour promotion is available at the pool bar: 2 drinks for the price of one. Cocktails are about 140-150 baht at a given time.
2. The transfer is small, so it is better to arrive 10-15 minutes in advance to take seats. But if you don't fit in, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes.
3. There were 3 swimming pools on site at the time of our vacation. The pool by the bar is the warmest.
4. Upon check-in, you were presented with a voucher for a 20% discount at the Sofia restaurant. A very beautiful restaurant on the 4th floor, you can choose a secluded table on the veranda.
5. We had a Deluxe Pool view room on the second floor in the building next to the restaurant. In the evening we sat on the balcony and discussed the day. It's very cozy. The hotel also has rooms with access to the pool. It may be convenient for someone, but we decided that it was unsafe and did not choose it.
6. Every Tuesday and Thursday, a DJ plays in the lobby from 18:00 to 22:00. You can buy a cocktail set or a snack. We have attended such an event twice. Once the cook cooked a barbecue, the second time - a shawarma. We recommend it.
7. Be sure to go to Kopi, the coffee shop in the hotel lobby. The beautiful Porpia girl will prepare delicious cocktails for you, make coffee.
8. The hotel has a deposit system. Just sign the checks, and pay all expenses when you leave the hotel.
Moments that were a little frustrating:
1. During the daily cleaning, they forgot to put hand towels. We sent a request in the app, received a response and went to the beach. We returned, there was cleaning, but there were no towels. I had to call the reception and ask again.
2. Disposable slippers are placed in the room. The quality is good, but my husband wore two left-hand slippers until we called the reception and asked them to be replaced.
3. There is a note on the bedside table: "if you want to change the bed linen, put a piece of paper on the pillow." We noticed the note already at the end of the vacation and realized that the bedding had not been changed for us. They put a note on the pillow, but when they returned to the room, they found two small sheets on the bed, overlapped on the bed. How is that possible?
Great hotel! Comfortable accommodation, clean and stylish 😎
The idea of swimming pools around the hotel is just wonderful: in this climate it saves. There is a fitness room and a children's room with a PS5.
Location: One of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket NaiHarn.
Special thanks to Margarita for her desire to help and make the most comfortable conditions for each client.
I will share our impressions about the hotel)
We were with my husband, out of season from September 6 to September 14.
In general, everything is fine:
1. We had a room with a view of the Lagoon, we specially took it quieter and away from the pool (I attach a photo of the "Lagoon"). The rooms are stylish, large, fresh, have everything you need) the toilet looks like a spaceship, periodically lived its life and worked at night (if it does not flush, there is a spare flush button on top)
2. There are several pools, they are small and not very deep (1.3 m), but clean and beautiful)
There are sun beds with umbrellas, a bar next to it, but everything is expensive (for example, a coconut cost 160 baht, 40 on the market for comparison)
3. The breakfasts are gorgeous, a huge selection of everything that your soul desires: egg dishes, Thai cuisine, fruits, a separate area with pastries, you will definitely not stay hungry, but every day everything is the same, porridge is also only one type-oatmeal with milk.
4. Walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes, along the road and lake, on a scooter in a couple of minutes)
The beach, in my opinion, is the most beautiful and cozy: there is a small backwater on the left, children come there specially, there is a lot of shade from trees and palm trees, there are traditionally many cafes along the shore
5. Gym: small, but has everything you need: a track, a bicycle, kettlebells / dumbbells, etc., will be enough to keep yourself in shape)
6. The staff is wonderful, as inconspicuous as possible, everything is fine with cleaning
Of the cons:
1. As we wrote, there is not enough territory for walking, in fact there is none, from the reception area you immediately get to the relaxation zone, buildings and an area with swimming pools
2. It is necessary to add avocado to the fruit area and alternative milk to coffee (coconut, for example) ☺️
3. You really need a flap for the air conditioner remote control, if you don't cover it with anything, it shines like a lantern all night
4. Inadequate prices in the bar
A chamber hotel, a network hotel. New. Several more new buildings will be launched in the near future. There are rooms for a family (65 m). Shuttle to Night Harn Beach (very close. Cleaning is regular. The breakfast is decent. A small area. A clean pool (with sea water, it seemed to us that it was really from the sea). Friendly staff. There is a wonderful manager at the reception, Margarita. Massage parlors are within walking distance. Several cafes. I recommend French, not far away. There is a taxi station nearby.
We stayed at the hotel for 12 days in March 2024.
A modern, stylish, small but very cozy hotel.
We were greeted by a very pleasant and hospitable Russian girl at the reception. If anything, any issues that arise can be resolved with her.
The rest of the staff is also as sympathetic as possible.
Excellent rooms with modern renovation. Good cleaning and delicious, quite varied breakfasts.
Delicious coffee from a coffee machine,3 types of freshly squeezed juice, lots of fruits, a large selection of pastries..
You can be calm about nutrition-both adults and children will be full and satisfied)
The sea is 10-15 minutes away by a calm walk along the lake. You can take the bus from the hotel-it takes a few minutes, it runs every hour, which is very convenient.
In the morning and at lunch, the beach is quiet and sparsely populated. The atmosphere of peace and complete relaxation.
There are a lot of people in the evening. The first days were stressful, then they got used to it.
There is a night market with makashnits, clothes and all sorts of stuff)
Within walking distance there is everything you need: cafes, massage parlors, a 7/11 minimarket and another minimarket right opposite the lake with very very tasty coffee, there are also exchangers with a good rate.
Near the exchanger along the road there is an AVO cafe with very tasty European food and an average price tag.
A five-minute walk from AVO there is a delicious cafe with Russian cuisine "Cooking with Love": mashed potatoes, chops, cabbage salad, salad under a fur coat, borscht, pancakes, etc.-we went repeatedly, everything is very tasty at very pleasant prices.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest. Both the hotel, the beach, and the developed infrastructure left a warm and pleasant impression of the Nai Harn area)
The hotel is chic and definitely worth the money.
very spacious room, stylish, all the furniture is new, the plumbing is shiny) a huge and comfortable bed. There are cosmetics-shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Water is brought daily, in glass bottles. There is a smart toilet in the bathroom.
The territory is green, two huge swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, all kinds of cool flamingo circles in public access. There are many locations for beautiful photos.
There is a shuttle bus to the beach according to the schedule, you can walk along the lake in 15 minutes on foot. There is a minimart nearby, a little further away -7/11.
The breakfasts are just great, lots of fruits, fresh juices are made. There are even Thai roti pancakes that are prepared for you.
The staff is wonderful, they will tell and show everything, help with luggage upon check-in and departure.
The hotel has 5 points, we will definitely return.
The hotel has a good impression. There are many advantages - a fairly fresh hotel, friendly staff at the reception, in the restaurant. Nice room, pool area. The breakfasts are ordinary, modest. But the dinners are excellent. The chef is above all praise. We prefer seafood and Thai cuisine. There was a large selection of dishes and excellent cooking and serving. We attended festive dinners for Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day. These are really memorable events. The beach itself is magnificent, but because of its fame it is multi-loving. It is located nearby: you can walk or take a shuttle. In general, the rest was not bad. There are disadvantages, although minor: not very good linen and towels in the room (old, washed), little free water (paid is almost 10 times more expensive than in a nearby mini-market) for the declared status of the hotel, the bathroom is sparsely filled - there is no razor, toothpaste and brushes, etc.) But all this did not spoil the rest at all
The rest at the hotel is not bad, but probably not worth the money
We vacationed with my wife at this hotel from September 6 to September 16, 2024. I liked the photos on the hotel's website, as well as various review sites (tripadvisor, tophotels, booking)
It just so happened that my wife broke her leg a week before the holiday and after much discussion decided to go on vacation to this hotel. The hotel offered to provide a wheelchair for the entire rest period free of charge.
In real life, we saw a relatively new hotel, but with almost no territory. Almost the entire place is occupied by a huge number of buildings, some of which are simply closed and a swimming pool. Although I think the pool would be smaller if it were not for the desire of the hotel to make each room from the ground floor a direct access to the pool. But this turned out to be a minus, the path from the lobby is quite narrow and in some places it was scary to carry my wife in a wheelchair, since the place was very, very small. There is absolutely no greenery on the territory, only buildings and only a swimming pool.
Positive:
1. The lobby is of course very beautiful and I would say it is made outside the box for Thailand.
2. The rooms are large enough, even if you take the standard one. Everything in the rooms is working, you didn't notice any problems (unless sometimes the smart toilet was weird)
3. A smart toilet that can work both as a regular toilet and as a bidet., moreover, with heated water and a seat
4. Very good WiFi, fast, everything always works fine
5. A good breakfast, there are a lot of different dishes from eggs, sliced, some Chinese dumplings, porridges, pancakes, pancakes, coffee, tea, freshly squeezed juice from vegetables and juices from fruits, but they have already reminded jupi (who remembers, he will understand)
6. It's a little far from the sea, but the road is good. Even when you're just pushing your beloved wife in a wheelchair to the sea. Plus, there is a transfer to the sea, but it does not travel very often. So even this almost minus was recorded as a plus, only because of the beautiful views.
Minuses:
1. There is no territory at all
2. Some buildings are not working, including the drained pools next to them. And because of this, there is a smell, and a very unpleasant one at that.
3. There are very narrow paths between the buildings, very reminiscent of the old streets in Rome
4. A very narrow path from the lobby that runs between the pool
5. In addition to the path from the lobby to the pool, you can only get to the bridges, which we could not normally use due to the fact that my wife is in a wheelchair. If I went alone to the pool, then access from our building to the pool is through the restaurant... you have to go directly through the restaurant to climb the bridge.... this is just my first time.
6. An attempt to make money on check-in - when we started to understand at check-in that it would not be easy to get to the pool (it is from our building that you need to go down to the inner territory of the hotel, walk 200-300 meters to the lobby, there go up the steep hill to the lobby, and from there through the narrow streets go to the pool for another meters 300), they began to ask for a change of number. We were offered to pay an additional $1,600 for a room in another building (!!!) for 10 nights, and it was not a top room, but just an enlarged room and not with direct access to the pool. At the same time, it would be easier for us to get to the pool, and it would become much more difficult for breakfast. They could not explain where this additional payment amount came from. I specifically went to my tour operator's website - the difference between the rooms was about 27,000 rubles, or you could say 300 dollars. They said at the reception that they did not understand what kind of rubles they were and how to convert them into rubles. After that, he asked me to name the cost of the improved room and the cost of ours - the improved $ 300 per night and our $ 240 per night. When they calculated on the calculator that, according to their own prices, the difference turns out to be exactly 600 dollars, and not 1600, they safely disappeared and no longer appeared before our eyes.
7. I almost forgot about the pool, the toilet is on the other side of the pool, that is, to get to the toilet, you need to swim across the pool, climb the steps there and go to the pool, or go to the lobby. Somehow it is not very clear why such a thing was invented.
8. Room cleaning is, to put it mildly, so-so - to make the bed, take out the trash and sweep the floor. Dusting somewhere is probably too much of what we want
I'll probably write a summary of the hotel:
Did you like the hotel? Well, you can say that yes, it's not a bad hotel.
Are there any disadvantages? Yes, there are many disadvantages, but probably more angry was the attempt to breed for money and the lack of territory as such.
Would you go back to the hotel? Under other circumstances, I probably would have returned, but I'm not sure. There are still good hotels nearby, but with a territory, but the truth is more age-related.
Would I recommend a hotel? I definitely won't recommend using wheelchairs, but it's very good for living. And Instagram photos turn out to be just great, if you take a picture correctly, of course.
A very interesting hotel, located in a quiet location. There is a shuttle to the sea, but once an hour (from 15 to 17 for some reason there is no one). The breakfasts are delicious, you can always find something or somehow diversify (there are a lot of types of egg preparation). The toilet in the room is just space
The hotel is quite new, nice, that's probably all. It is not very clear why the rating is so high. The only thing that can brighten up is access to the pool. Considering that the entire territory is Venice (there is water all around), there is not much point in walking out of the room.
I didn't like the breakfasts at all. Firstly, it's just the same thing every day and even lies in the same places. There seems to be a choice, but there's not much to eat.…
Cleaning... it's just that every time something was forgotten, then put towels, then toilet paper.. but thanks, they react quickly, they do everything later. Hand towels are generally ... a 5* type hotel, and for your hands you need some kind of napkin in the amount of one piece per person in the size of 15x15cm..
conditioner.. there's no way without it, but it's just mega noisy, rattling (especially at night it's noticeable) like a tractor.
There is an unpleasant smell in the shower stall.
Parking space..there is a small plus standing along the road around the buildings, in general, there are enough places for everyone.
Sound insulation... we couldn't hear the neighbors, either good or they are quiet) but you can hear people walking down the corridor, especially with a suitcase and shouting half the night on the street, vacationers.
I can't help but share my feedback about this hotel. The rest fell on the second half of April 2024 and my husband and I really enjoyed the rest. We were in Asia for the first time, I chose the hotel on my own, the ticket was issued through a travel agency.
The hotel looks chic, futuristic, just like in the photo.
We only had breakfast, and it was our main meal, we always ate too much. I would like to separately note the presence of exotic fruits - passion fruit, dragon fruit, watermelon, pineapple.
Drinks were also taken during the day. The service is not very fast, but I liked the drinks themselves. The territory of the hotel is small, it consists of several buildings.
The rooms are modern. There is a TV with Internet access, it was convenient to watch movies and TV series in the evening. Cleaning standards.
The pool is almost all over the hotel, shallow, the water was very warm. You need to walk to the sea in 10 minutes, or transfer from the hotel according to the schedule.
On our vacation, the sea was with quite strong waves, sometimes calm. The entry into the sea is smooth. The yarn is sandy. I was biting plankton in the evening, but it wasn't critical.
We went to the nearby avo kitchen restaurant and the 7-11 supermarket for lunch and dinner.
We were satisfied with the rest, especially that we chose a modern and aesthetic hotel💚
Nice beautiful hotel, the beach is 10-15 minutes on foot or a free transfer from the hotel. Delicious, varied breakfasts, in comparison with other hotels where I was in Phuket: there is a greater variety of fruits, there are freshly squeezed juices, coffee beans, etc. The staff is smiling and courteous, there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception. The room is large and spacious. I liked everything. Cleaning, as everywhere in Phuket, is pretty mediocre))
Great hotel, small area, but I think this is the best place on Nyharna. There is a small selection of breakfasts, but everything is delicious, fresh juice is made where there is little. The fruits are delicious, pancakes are fried with banana, waffles and pancakes are very tasty. The staff is very good. The room and the balcony are large. The bed is huge and comfortable, the cleaning for Thailand is good. There is a free shuttle service to the sea. One of the disadvantages is that smoking is allowed on the pool and the noise of running water from specially made drains is very noisy when they turn off for an hour at lunch so well. I think they did it for the background, but it's very noisy and annoying.
Very nice hotel, new, clean, modern.
I liked the breakfasts, lots of fruits and juices.
The only thing is that the pool is too small and there are not enough sun beds for everyone.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach - I liked it the most (there were 7 different ones)
There are a lot of cafes and fruit stalls nearby
A beautiful and cozy hotel. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, but the hotel provides a bus.
If you don't know a foreign language at the hotel, you won't have any problems at all, only the application is in English.
The rooms are clean, the dry cleaning works quickly and efficiently. A good restaurant, especially nice to have dinner with live music.
The territory of the hotel is well maintained and beautiful. The pool is cleaned every day.
There are not enough sunbeds during peak hours
Towels are provided for both the pool and the beach.
The beach is 8 minutes on foot. Shuttles run from the hotel. About once an hour.
The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff member.
The breakfasts are from 6.30 to 10.00. wonderful and varied.
The rooms are great. The room has everything you need and even an umbrella)
Cleaning for three.
Free water per person per bottle per day. There is paid water. It is marked with a tag.
The staff is polite. The breakfast service is good and fast.
Not far from the hotel there is a mini Papaya market and money exchange (around the clock). A little further on 7/11
Cool hotel, modern and cozy style. Lived in a room with a swimming pool🔥Everything is clean, excellent breakfast, abundance of fruit, friendly staff. SPA area -body massage, facial treatments, comprehensive rejuvenation programs, for recuperation, anti-stress programs. I recommend you to visit.
I liked the room, a great bed, pillows. The breakfasts are not particularly varied, but we did not stay hungry. The staff is as friendly and helpful as possible. It's a very simple, small territory. You can walk to the sea, you can take a special tuk-tuk, you can take a taxi-5 minutes.
A very nice hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea. There is transport. But also on foot for pleasure or along the lake.
The hotel is perfect for a family holiday. Very nice beds. Excellent staff
A great hotel! Very friendly staff! A large swimming pool! A varied breakfast , lots of pastries ! Room cleaning is daily! 10 minutes walk to the beach! I recommend it!
Excellent family hotel, quiet, calm, large fresh rooms, delicious breakfasts, top location, 700-800 meters to Naiharn beach, regular cleaning , small Parking and a gym. A separate buzz pool !!
The hotel is good, but I get better, the territory is very small, there is nowhere to walk outside the hotel, there are no sidewalks, paths for pedestrians. The roadway for traffic to the sea does not allow safe walking. The smell along the road is impossible to get around. Prices in the Sevn Elevn store are 3 times more expensive than ours. There are no shopping malls, taxis are very expensive. It's better to go to Patong,
A great, Quiet place. Maintenance and cleaning 4 ( the iron was not immediately brought , there were no toothbrushes and there were no slippers for my husband ( all small ) . The food is good. The rooms are spacious. We checked into a dirty room ( made a remark ), then cleaned well.
New! This is a great hotel! The service is great! It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea (there is a shuttle from the hotel).
There are many different cafes/bars and restaurants in the area! A fruit stand is a 3-minute walk away!
Nice cozy hotel. Breakfast for 5+ fresh fruits, freshly squeezed multisock according to your wishes. Friendly staff. We went to a grilled fish party for dinner, I do not advise, everything is modest for this money.

A chic hotel, rooms are a cannon! Everything is very clean. It is located in a very quiet area, 15 minutes walk to the sea. It's a little far from the party areas, it's more suitable for a relaxing holiday. There are several good establishments nearby. The restaurant in the hotel itself is very good, everything is delicious but expensive. I do not recommend rooms with access to the pool, everyone can see what is happening in the room, you will have to close the curtains all the time, I advise you to take the 3rd or 4th floor.
The best hotel in Thailand, the staff is the most polite, the breakfast is varied and delicious, modern rooms, there is a gym, yoga classes with a trainer, boxing.A super hotel.
The hotel is good. But you can sunbathe by the pool only until lunch (from 10:00 to 14:00), then the sun goes behind the building.
The restaurant is great! Probably the most delicious food we had time to eat)
A very successful hotel! I especially advise you to take a room with access to the pool. The best beach is a 10-minute walk away, and there is also a shuttle service from the hotel.
Everything is fine, but not to say that the hotel is new. The breakfasts are good but there are few vegetables. There is a variety of fruits, there are freshly squeezed juices. Coffee beans. The beach is 10 minutes away along the sidewalk. There is no beach towel bag.

The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from Nai Harn Beach.
The rooms are spacious, with modern furnishings.
The breakfasts are quite varied: everyone will be able to choose a dish to their liking.
All issues with the administration, including ordering room service, can be resolved through the hotel's app.
Excellent hotel, interesting pools throughout the territory. Breakfast - 5 points. The only small disadvantage is that our shower leaked a little, it was damp in the bathroom. But this is a small thing. Everything else is super
This is probably my favorite hotel in Phuket now, le meridien will be in second place, and Nai Harn will be in third. Lots of pools, good staff, 3 minutes by car to the beach, 15 minutes by car to the fish market.
A new 5* hotel. Everything is very cultural. Excellent buffet breakfast. To the beach 20 minutes slowly, there is a transfer from the hotel to the beach. Responsive staff.
We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks, rented a room with a bathroom on the balcony. The hotel impresses with its pool, there is literally everything around it is a solid pool, and you walk along the bridges to the islands where cozy shizungs are located.
Recommendation: keep an eye on which building you are accommodated in, some rooms may be adjacent to the windows of another building. We did not have this because we had agreed with the hotel in advance.
A very expensive domestic restaurant, but at the expense of portions, this is not compensated.
It's close to the beach for us personally, at least 15 minutes.
The hotel is still under construction, but you won't notice it. We only realized this because some buildings are closed.
The hotel has a spa with professional massage therapists. But beyond that, no more entertainment.
Wifi without failures.
Nice hotel, the staff is polite. The location of the hotel is good: within walking distance of shops, the sea, beaches. The place is calm, quiet: for relaxing and enjoying your vacation.
This is a great hotel. Although part of it is under repair. We had a room with an entrance to the pool, I liked it. 7-10 min walk to the sea. Running around the lake. In general, it brought us more benefit for walking to the sea. But we also wanted to be able to walk and run. There is a shuttle service to the beach. The terrace has its own, but the nails are sticking out. Slippers, do not take!!! They are not disposable).
