We have been vacationing since July 22. I liked everything! I was met by the polite staff! There were moments when we went to a meeting. Clean, cozy. The menu is varied. We lived on the 6th floor. The view from the window is amazing! The beach is nearby.

There are many lockers with shelves and hangers. The hotel has its own beach, located across the street, and a towel is provided at the entrance. The beach is clean, there are sun beds, umbrellas, you can ride jet skis or ski boots. The hotel has a swimming pool with thermo control, sun beds and umbrellas, the pool is not large, but there was always enough space for everyone (a towel is given at the entrance). There is a bar on the beach, in the pool and in the lobby.
There is a shuttle service from the hotel to Dubai Mall and back every day. To the right of the beach, construction is underway, but it didn't bother us at all, sometimes it was even interesting to see what they were doing there.

The room impressed, of course, with a balcony with a magnificent view of the bay. The room is modern, bright and spacious. Always tea/coffee/cream + kettle. Cleaning for 5+, it's great that only cleanliness is noticeable, and your things will not seem to move from their place. A restaurant with a delicious assortment of dishes; nothing unusual, but everything is very tasty and for every taste. There is a free shuttle service to Dubai Mall, a separate plus. I got into this one right on New Year's Eve. The night From 31 to 1 was definitely one of the best and most memorable for me! An amazing holiday, so many emotions, fun, and great tables were set. We rested at this hotel from October 10 to October 18, 2023. A family of 4 adults and one child (2.5 years old)!
The hotel is excellent, everything is clean, especially friendly and kind staff (I don't know who has any problems with them there...as you are to them, so are they to you).To the child always and from everyone attention, smiles, even allowed the child to eat at lunch (for free), although we had breakfast dinner!
The rooms are clean, cleaned well. When the child was sleeping peacefully, a sign was hung up, no one came in or called (even the cleaning worker changed the cleaning time and came the remaining days after 15)
The sea is warm, the beach is clean, the work of rescuers is also good, they were constantly watching.
YES, watermelons and garbage floated one day, but what did you want during the storm, then everything was cleaned cleanly and nothing floated! The child swallowed water many times and no poisoning, unlike at home..
The SUNBEDS are absolutely normal, yes, there was sand on them and debris from the trees, but we didn't break off and calmly brushed away...there were enough sun beds for everyone, no one complained, towels were always clean and fresh.

Said is a wonderful person and a guide! With a wonderful sense of humor. Speaks Russian better than many Russian-speaking citizens. It was very interesting, we learned a lot about the local culture. The bus is comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Next time we will definitely return to this hotel and to Said, because we still need to visit Fujairah.

Good afternoon.
We arrived at the hotel on 04.10 early in the morning. There were no available rooms for early check-in. We left our suitcases downstairs, changed our clothes (There is a complex with a swimming pool, sauna and changing rooms on the second floor), and went for a walk around the area.
We were checked in at 13 o'clock, an hour earlier than expected, a room on the 14th floor. There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, thank her very much. The room is lovely, huge bed, sea view, balcony, shower room with thermostatic mixer. There is a safe and a refrigerator. There is a TV, but we have never turned it on, I can't say anything about it. The room is fresh, cleaned daily, it was always clean. Towels - left on the floor - replaced, hung on the handrails - left. It's written about it in the hotel's brochure, and that's how it works.
In terms of nutrition, we were very satisfied. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, there has never been such a thing that something was missing from the menu. There is a large selection, as a rule there are several types of meat, side dishes, plus complex dishes, sweets, fruits, and a small children's menu.
The beach is across the street from the hotel, crossing the traffic light. The beach is sandy, the entrance is very gentle, calm. Sometimes there were waves, but for us it's even more fun.
In general, the attitude of the staff is more than friendly. Only positive impressions remained.
For someone, it may be a disadvantage that construction is underway nearby, a breakwater is being built, apparently a local marina is planned, but this did not bother us at all, we could not hear it at night, they swarm and swarm during the day, it did not bother either.

You sit on the bed and the sea seems to be right at your feet. The rooms are new and comfortable. We had a VIP room with 2 bedrooms and a living room and a cinema room. So we liked it. The balcony is nice with a sea view. The room has a large bathroom, there is a microwave, refrigerator, decent furniture. And the beach is sand and sand in the sea, always clean and the guards strictly expels strangers, does not even let them near the fence. The fence is serious and high. The beach bar is good: there is no alcohol and everything is in metal cans. Smoking on deck chairs is not allowed and only in the smoking area is allowed. Which is just fine. I recommend

Very good. Clean and cozy. The staff does everything for the convenience of guests. The kitchen is generally wonderful. Very tasty and varied food. And dessert is generally a fairy tale. Even my husband ate all the cakes. Lots of different fruits. The waiters very quickly clean up all the dirty dishes and prepare the tables. The reception staff is very friendly.
