We rested here for 10 days. Great hotel. The staff is polite, everyone is smiling. The food was very tasty, the 3-year-old child always had something to eat. For breakfast: omelets, porridges, pancakes. For lunch : 2 types of soup , fish , meat , mashed potatoes . There is also a great variety for dinner. There are always a lot of cakes, pies, fruits.
There is a very good gym. Sauna , Jacuzzi, hammam. Swimming pool and children's area. Everything is washed in the morning and evening. There is a beach across the street .
We went to Dubai by bus, a big comfortable one.
The only thing is that we arrived at 9, and check-in is only from 13 to 14. She asked us to check in early (for money), but no, there are no places. Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival.

A wonderful hotel. Everything here is designed to make guests feel comfortable. All the staff are friendly and friendly. Great hotel. Friendly staff. There are a couple of Russian-speaking staff at the reception, but WiFi is available everywhere and you can always use an online translator.
By the way, WiFi is excellent - it also works in all rooms (you can watch the views calmly) and there is a connection on the beach (but there is its own connection - at the entrance where you get towels, there is a qr code for connection.
The beach is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds, there were always free ones, despite the fact that the beach is divided into several hotels (two on foot - this one and the ramada and, like, a bus comes from the black ramada, carries tourists).
A bar with drinks on the beach (free of charge for those with all-inclusive bracelets: cola, fanta, sprite, Schweppes, just gas water and like tea/coffee - I did not take it, because it was very hot).
Towels are given out under a painting (you write your room number), but you just throw them in the basket, so the problem of lost towels is not worth it).
Rooms: all with balconies and sea views (feature of the hotel). The cleaning is good, daily. Snow-white towels. Kettle, iron, refrigerator, plasma TV with about 3-5 Russian channels). Conditioner.
The only thing was there was nothing for drying things… A huge comfortable soft bed.
The pool is on the 2nd floor. There is also a mini fitness room. It is small, but with everything you need: dumbbells, mats, steps, fitness balls, treadmills and ellipses. Water and towels. The conday works well. And the hall itself works well, almost until 22:00…
There is no animation in the hotel and, of course, alcohol. But these are the peculiarities of the country 🤷♀️

Good, quick cleaning in the room every day, water, tea, coffee, cream, sugar, were also put in every day. Slippers, bathrobes, dental kits and shaving kits, soap, hats, everything is replenished. Refrigerator, kettle, ironing board, iron, sewing kit - everything is in the room. TV, the Russian channel is TNT, the rest are international, as everywhere else.
We took breakfast/dinner, dinner can be changed for lunch. There are a lot of things and everything is delicious! It's really diverse, better than the average 5th Turkish. In bars, cola, fanta, sprite, schweppes, juices (my children drank soda until it came out of their ears). There is no animation. Vacationers are mainly from the Russian Federation, there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, in the restaurant the names of the dishes are duplicated in Russian. The pool is small, deep, 1.6 m, but children are allowed there. Rescuers work all day, keep order, there are inflatable circles for the little ones. The beach is fenced and private for three hotels of the chain, there are a lot of sun beds, there is enough for everyone. The bottom is flat, the approach is good. On the sea, the beach is combined with the Ramada hotel, there were enough sun beds for everyone even in the morning, there were no problems. The sea is clean and warm, even hot in the evening. The food is good. For dinner, a wide variety of meat, fish, chicken, seafood, lots of fruits, even got to the mango festival at the hotel. Of the disadvantages, I can only mention stale pastries at breakfast (we rested for 9 days and only the first 2 days there were fresh croissants and pastries)
WiFi throughout the hotel, in the room, on the beach caught perfectly.
There is also a daily transfer by a comfortable bus to Dubai, they say, you do not need to sign up, everyone will be taken away!
There is a free sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi there, it's amazing that there was no one there at all, we went every day. Most of all, the hotel was surprised by the incredible aromas throughout the hotel, on the floor, at the reception, in the elevator, apparently some perfumed detergents, it smelled very tasty!

The location is convenient, all rooms have sea views, the hotel beach is across the street, with sun loungers under an umbrella by 11-12 o'clock there may be problems, but you can find a place. However, the construction of the embankment opposite the hotel was a concern, but this is a temporary phenomenon. Bed linen, towels, gel, shampoo, and water were changed every day. There are no questions about food, it is delicious, there is enough choice. I was especially pleased with the fish restaurant at the hotel. Every day there is a fresh catch, at a price much cheaper than food in Dubai. There was a 50% discount on seafood, but maybe it's purely marketing. There is a swimming pool on the second floor of the hotel, a gym next to it and the most pleasant thing is a sauna and a hammam where you can spend time in bad weather during the winter season.

We had a vacation with a friend in January 2024, I really liked it. The food is varied, everything is delicious. The service is excellent. The view from the room is gorgeous. Sauna, Jacuzzi are super. I also liked the outdoor Jacuzzi. Transfer to Dubai Mall every day. One caveat, it took more than 3 hours to get from the airport to the hotel.

There are supermarkets within walking distance if you forgot to take something from home. The beach is fenced and located across the street from the hotel, it was convenient to walk to it via a pedestrian crossing, very clean, we saw small crabs in the sand by the water). I visited there for my 60th birthday. In May 2024. I liked everything: service, staff, hotel room with shower, 2 bathrooms, balcony, air conditioning. I really liked the way they feed me. There is a large selection, fried, but there is plenty of other things.
The staff are Filipinos who have learned Russian) are wonderful. They are very polite. The room is large, cleaned well, towels were changed on request. Only the slippers were brought on the 2nd day of the stay, for some reason.
