These guys can easily charge you for the most expensive vrap that you ordered, and they will bring whatever they want. And then they'll say that everything was sent correctly and refuse to even compensate for the difference.
Especially if you order through Yandex, there is no support on your side at all, even if you communicate in English. I attached a photo of what was sent to me and a screenshot that my position disappeared from availability immediately after my order (oh, amazing).
And nothing. They said that they were informed from the kitchen that everything had been done correctly. Oh well? Straight from the kitchen itself? Why the fuck did you ask for my order photo then????
Of course there was no compensation.

A monstrous attitude towards the client, some kind of exemplary inhospitality bordering on hatred or contempt. Glances from the underbelly, squeezing out of oneself by the word, a fundamental unwillingness not to smile there, but just to look towards the client, an unwillingness in principle to speak (in English, of course, I did not even try to speak Russian).
That is, so that you understand, all this is in response to the usual attempt to politely order their vrap.
I don't have the slightest explanation that this is a bad day, a bad temper or just the malicious madness of the woman at the checkout, but I would not advise you to come here unless you value the mood and, in principle, you respect yourself.
