Especially if you order through Yandex, there is no support on your side at all, even if you communicate in English. I attached a photo of what was sent to me and a screenshot that my position disappeared from availability immediately after my order (oh, amazing).
And nothing. They said that they were informed from the kitchen that everything had been done correctly. Oh well? Straight from the kitchen itself? Why the fuck did you ask for my order photo then????
Of course there was no compensation.
