The staff is responsive, the service is fast. the atmosphere is gorgeous. You sit and enjoy the view of the caravanserai. The interior is chic. Pilaf, to be honest, the portions are small, not southern at all. I gave it 4 stars, for the portion size, medium pilaf and weak French fries. And so everything is gorgeous. I definitely advise you to visit.

They may have delicious pilaf, but the service is THE MOST MISERABLE.
1. When asked about the availability of pilaf, I received the answer that there is no such thing and recommendations for soup. The most interesting thing turns out to be the pilaf was supposed to be cooked in 7 minutes, but the waiter decided that for me, the person who came for the pilaf and as a visitor to the pilaf center - where they eat pilaf, this is an unacceptably long waiting time. Therefore, he did not inform me about it, and pushed the soup through to me.
2. Clearly making an order in neither Russian nor Kazakh is not an easy task, since the waiters speak only their own language.
3. The price tag is average, but I think it's too high for such an institution.
