We stayed in new cabins. Very pleasant. Some things are still unfinished, but these are the little things. The breakfasts are great, made from local village products. Well, the view of the mountains and the valley is fascinating as usual!

Of the advantages:
- very clean;
- there are towels;
- very spacious and cool tents;
- heating inside the tents;
- very beautiful view;
- delicious food;
- nice toilet.
Of the cons:
- breakfast is not suitable for people with lactose intolerance;
- you will learn empirically what you can do here (for example, you learned about the heating pad by the mattress on the second night);
- not a very good shower;
- they do not accept cards (you need to take cash).

It's a great place. Beautiful view and pleasant atmosphere. I took off the ball because there were two-tails, but otherwise there were few insects. It seems that two-tails are very rare, but it's better to prepare.

The view is amazing, the staff is just great. I am fascinated by the good service and hospitality of the staff. They were attentive to our needs and always ready to help. The room was clean and cozy, and the breakfasts were amazing. A great place to stay, I recommend it to everyone!

I couldn't get a rest.
Glamping with the most gorgeous view, stylish design, but everything did not go according to plan and we faced problems that spoiled our vacation.
Of the advantages:
- view and nature, you can take a bunch of cool photos
- stylish design
- cute rabbits on site
- nice new toilet and showers (shared)
- helpful staff
- breakfast is included
Minuses:
- lack of normal communication between the guest and the staff
- the administrator does not speak Russian, but speaks English poorly
- glamping is located high on a hill, a very steep climb
- lack of high-quality activities outside the glamping area
- no activity in the glamping area
- from Yerevan to glamping it is 100 km, 3 hours and expensive if there is no car
- there is nowhere to go and walk around, only a village in which there is nothing to do, there is nothing to look at except people slaughtering cattle on a disastrous street in the village😱🤦🏻♀️
- there is no kitchen on site where guests can cook their own food, and not eat all the time in the overprice restaurant
- it's very cold in tents, the radiator can't cope at 1 degree at night
- to heat the tent, you need to heat the stove and constantly add firewood, even during sleep, if you do not have time, then the tent cools down quickly and it gets cold
- there is no ventilation, which is why all the smoke from the firewood accumulates in the tent when opening the furnace for heating
- sheets with heating did not really help at 1 degree, I had to wrap my head up so as not to freeze
- there were questions about the wiring
- the adapter for the heated bed sheet was broken, so I couldn't heat my part of the bed the first night
- there are NO storage places in the tent, so some of the things had to be laid out on the floor. There is only a table and two chairs in the tent🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
- two single mattresses, a hole forms in the middle, so you won't be able to sleep in hugs
- the kettle was given with rust and plaque
- the same song on repeat in the toilet, we almost went crazy
- overprice restaurant on site
- a bad incomplete greasy breakfast. VERY FAT. For breakfast, a lot of milk (fatty sour cream, cottage cheese, butter, cheese), and very fatty pancakes with meat, fatty scrambled eggs. No fruits, no vegetables, no meat separately
- many items on the menu are not available, for example, there were no desserts from the menu
- !!!!!!!!!!10% service fee for any check at the hotel!!!!!!!! There is a 10% mark-up at the hotel for everything, we bought water and this service fee was added to our receipt! For bottles of water!!!!!!!
And now for more details:
When we arrived, we went to a restaurant and ordered a dish. They bring us a dish with a completely different side dish. Absolutely, we don't like that! When asked why, we were told that we had mixed up, then they said that the menu was mixed up and that was it. Later they offered to replace us, but we refused. The organizer treated us to potatoes, which we had originally counted on in the dish. The situation has smoothed out, but it is unpleasant.
Very poor communication with the guests, nothing was told about HOW to use this oven! Nothing at all. This is our first time in glamping, we have never used a stove and nothing was explained to us, we asked questions but the answers were at the level of "if it's cold, throw firewood, if you don't want heat, don't throw it." What a horror. No instructions were given. They lit the stove themselves, left the firewood and left. We don't have a burner or matches in case it goes out. As a result, it simply did not flare up on the first night, because the doors were closed and they did not open them. They flooded again and at 2 a.m. the firewood ran out. It's 1 degree outside!!!! We were sick, frozen like animals, I warmed up for half an hour in the toilet with this infernal track on repeat, you can go crazy like that. As a result, the first night we warmed up against each other and barely fell asleep wrapped in all the fabrics that we had. The heating of the sheet did not work on my side because the adapter was broken.
We had nowhere to put our things, there were only two chairs and one small table. This was not enough, of course. There were no bedside tables or any surface to put things on.
We found out that you can take a kettle, order food in the tent by accident, they don't talk about it, just 0 communications. We learned about all the possibilities that they can provide us from other people or by accident. It's disgusting. They didn't tell us about the additional options at the hotel, which we would have been happy to use in the beginning.
When we arrived, we were met by a girl who does not speak Russian and does not speak English well, because of this difficulties arose.
Of the proposed activities: bicycles on which you can ride on a short road (round trip) near Glamping (what???), this is entertainment, yes. If you take bicycles and go down to ride around the village, then you will find a long and very steep climb back, which is absolutely not worth it, just dismount and lift the bikes yourself. They do not give out a chain to them, so it will not work to take and go somewhere where you need to leave your bikes for a while.
Horseback riding is also back and forth and across the field nearby. What for? Is this entertainment for young children? There are no interesting thought-out routes for horseback riding (or they didn't tell us about it, because there is a problem with communication ahaha)
And other entertainment that absolutely did not attract us (hiking - nowhere to go, rafting - it's scary there, and it wouldn't have been for sure)
Of the interesting things around in walking distance: lake Tsover, Tumanyan Museum, restaurant in the village
10% of the service fee is unclear for what, it's just a nightmare, for everything you order, you have to leave these stinky 10%, even for water!!!! The "hotel" and so the overprice, the overprice restaurant, so they also rob people with these 10%.
There should be no service fee or tip for such a service!!!
There is another restaurant with delicious food in the village of Dseh, we went there. Prices are twice as low. Everything is very tasty. The view is gorgeous from the cliff. You can walk from glamping in 15-20 minutes. A good alternative to eat in peace, and most importantly cheaper and with all available items on the menu.
How much was spent:
$140 was spent on the restaurant in two days (3 visits for 2 people)!!! As a result, the rest cost 2 nights at $100+$140 for an on-site restaurant!!!!!! $340 for two days. This is also without taking into account the transfer of $100 round trip.
Guests are forced to eat only in the restaurant or eat doshiraki from the store at the bottom of the mountain, because of this, the cost of one night turns into $170 per night with meals!!!!!!!!
Conclusion: glamping is not worth the money at all, there is nothing to do there. You can come for a gorgeous scenic view and a beautiful territory for 1 night or just stop by to eat at a restaurant. There are good alternatives to this glamping. I definitely do not recommend traveling during the period with nights less than 10 degrees.

It's very cool here! Lovely large tents on plank bases. It's warm, cozy and stylish inside. There is a wonderful restaurant on site, showers and toilets, where everything is quite simple, but clean and comfortable.
We spent only one night at the campsite, but we walked around the neighborhood, had a great dinner with homemade wine, took pictures and generally had a great rest.

our friends and I booked 2 tents a week through the website. a confirmation came, and then a reminder letter about the reservation. we arrived (the road took more than 3 hours of pure time). we found out on the spot that both bookings "for some reason are not displayed in the system."
