The hotel is 3 stars, corresponds to the stated rating. North of Pattaya, it's a long way to the sea. In general, of course, repairs would not hurt, but the de luxe room is not bad, large, comfortable beds, cleaning every day, bed linen and towels are changed regularly. The breakfasts are varied. Nice, large pool, clean, plenty of sun beds. The territory is small, but "green". Overall, it's not bad.

I stayed at this hotel from 12/21/24 to 01/03/25. The hotel is very average. The breakfasts are normal, the same, but you won't be hungry. If the children are small, then it's a problem... Muesli, toast, sausages, fried eggs, rice, noodles, and if they're going to eat it. But it's normal for adults. The pool is good, but we swam in the pool a couple of times, it's more pleasant at sea. There are no chairs in the room, no shampoo, soap, or brushes. It was difficult for the two of them to place their things, it was not very convenient. Even the plastic chairs on the balcony would have saved the situation. Our safe broke down, we were changing it. There was no water in the room at all. We went and looked for help at the reception, but we did it. There was hot water, but it had to be drained. The balcony overlooked the courtyard, not very beautiful, but the tree that covered everything saved the situation.
An unpleasant moment, my hat was missing from the sunbed. I asked for help at the reception, to look at the cameras, but no one helped in any way. The hotel guide, Mamed, actually read my message when I was already in Russia. The hotel is not far from the sea, we walked, got used to it, normally. 10 min walk. You can rest, but turn a blind eye to it.

We lived in a room on the 6th floor (2 bedrooms, 2 toilets). With a sea view. There was no window in one bedroom. I was very pleased with the presence of a modern washing machine, 2 flat-screen TVs, 2 air conditioners. The kitchen at the entrance is not very comfortable, the refrigerator is not small.Overall a good room. We had a transfer, we were met by jeep.We arrived at 19 o'clock local time, the keys are in an envelope at the reception. The elevators are silent, the pool is multi-level, but not for kids. A very good massage therapist in the yard and not expensive. The distance to the sea is not critical, from store to store. We really want to come back.
