I stayed at this hotel in August 2024. A wonderful hotel in its price category. A very friendly and friendly host, who is at the hotel every day and every minute, always responds carefully to all requests, tries to help in solving a variety of issues. He personally greets guests upon arrival at the hotel, explains everything in detail. The room is clean, cleaned immediately after a request to clean. The owner immediately warned that the need to clean the room should be reported. Breakfast is portioned, but sufficient, everything is fresh and delicious: cheese, sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, French fries, pancakes, olives, tea and coffee, jam, chocolate paste. The staff is very friendly, it is clear that they are trying for the guests. The atmosphere at the hotel is very good and filled with positive emotions. The hotel has a good location, 10-15 minutes to the sea,
the hotel is located in the very center of Side, near the ancient city, supermarkets, restaurants. The pool is small but very clean. I spend the summer in Side every year, I know many hotels well, I can say that this is a very good hotel for its level of stardom.

We had a rest in August 2024. The hotel, of course, was very disappointing. First, I will write about the advantages:
1. Comfortable bed, air conditioning worked well
2. Proximity to the ancient city (once we went from it by taxi, took 400 lira, other times we walked))
3. Nice pool, lots of shops nearby.
Now about the cons:
1. Breakfasts (vegetables, 2 pieces of cheese and that are cherished , I attach a photo. French fries every time (we, however, only went for breakfast 3 times), so the potatoes are all cold. There were pancakes once, it's impossible to eat (I'm not very picky, but there's a huge amount of soda, disgusting). Tea is only in portions. There is no boiling water and tea bags, or just brewed, as in other three-star hotels. It was also not possible to buy at the bar, there was no bartender either. This breakfast is served for 15-30 minutes.As a result, we did not eat there, bought food in the store or went to have lunch in the dining room next to the hotel (the name of the dining room in the photo)
2. The lack of a refrigerator in the room (I was ready for this, I read in the reviews), but still it is also inconvenient in such heat. All guests can use the shared fridge in the garden
3. The view from our room was to the trash (see photo)
4. No toilet paper holder and clothes drying ropes. The toilet seat didn't hold up either
5. You need to ask for cleaning yourself, there is no sign to clean up. Accordingly, you also need to ask for paper and towels
6. The owner. I've read a lot of reviews that there is a friendly host here. I didn't notice anything like that. Upon arrival, he did not tell me what time breakfast was, that you can take water from the refrigerator (we found out ourselves). We asked the receptionist to change the number, he came up and asked why we wanted to change it? I explained to him that we have a view of the trash. But he did not meet me halfway and said that it was impossible to change (perhaps there really were no numbers, but it seems more that he simply did not want to). Before leaving the hotel, since our transfer was at 13:40, I asked if it was possible to stay in the room until 13:00 (for a fee at least)? He didn't allow it either. I thought maybe they would prepare a room for the next vacationers. But we were waiting at the reception all this time and no one in our room cleaned or even went up there. Probably, it was possible to meet halfway and give the guests a rest before the road. Or at least show your hospitality in a more sympathetic way
7. The Internet is unstable, it catches at the toilet, but the room is already weak.
8. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea (not very hot).
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! It is better not to save money, but to choose a better hotel, with quality food and a friendly host. Since prices in restaurants and cafes in Turkey are high, it is better to take at least breakfast + dinner. But not in this hotel!

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The hotel is completely for the unpretentious. Breakfasts for 2+, although they are served themselves, but you have to wait for coffee when they bring it, they always asked for a spoon, wrinkled olives, cucumbers and 2 pieces of cheese on a plate, but a Turkish loaf in all kinds, it made you sick. The coffee was diluted, they carried their own.
The room is old, without a refrigerator, the air conditioner lived its own life, sometimes did not want to turn off. The room was branded with a view of the garbage dump and the mosque, at 5 a.m. the Imam howled along with the local roosters.
Cleaning was done in 10 days 1 time, toilet paper was requested by ourselves.
It takes 12-15 minutes from the hotel to the beach in the heat, all sun beds are paid. From 100 -200 liras. It's very uncomfortable.
I rate the hotel as a whole 2+, not stressful staff, clean pool (although I never swam in it), the location is not bad, the old town is not far away,
I would recommend it for a short time. And so we need to take half board, we suffered with food, since it's still an occupation to feed from shops. So for a couple of nights, or longer, to save money, but you have to understand that nothing special awaits you here. To stay clean.
