I will not write a review about the doctor I wanted to see, because I have no doubt about her literacy and competence (Feruza Batyrovna). But I will write about the clinic itself: the service is simply disgusting, the reception or the call center (I don't know who is responsible for the calls) is simply disgusting. I've been trying to get to Feruza Batyrovna since October (!) months. At first, I called in the first days of the month, they say the record is not open, they added it to the waiting list, they did not call back. I'm calling on October 25th. They didn't pick up the phone Perfectly, I'm calling 26. The recording, of course, is closed. Then I call on January 24, they say the record is 25. Okay, I'm calling 25, the reception isn't picking up the phone again, at all. I'm calling today (February). The reception FINALLY deigned to pick up the phone ON THE DAY OF RECORDING 4 times and responds with surprise and displeasure: "The recording is closed." To the question: "Today is 25," in the same dissatisfied tone, "Well, we have a record until noon 11. It's already half past one." Despite the fact that no one at the reception had given such a time the previous times. Despite the fact that they say here that the record is up to 11. Despite the fact that there is no specified recording time ANYWHERE, neither on social networks, nor anywhere else. How could anyone have guessed that? It's just so disgusting that no matter how much I want to get to Feruza Batyrovna, I won't try to do it anymore.
