Quiet , cozy place , not expensive)Friendly staff and, of course, the host, who cares, will help and tell you). Cleaning every day. Not rich , but a hearty breakfast , a pool around the clock and of course coffee) The sound of birds singing at night may seem strange, but it has its own atmosphere, I recommend it!)

The location is good - everything is within walking distance. The rooms are quite good. Some old plumbing. There is a constant noise of an engine outside the window and water in the sewer. But if you close the bathroom door, it's fine. Breakfast starts at 7 a.m., but rice and chicken are served only at 8 a.m. A huge advantage is that at any time you can go into the power room with your food, it will be warmed up, you will be given plates, spoons and forks, you can get water, tea and coffee freely available

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, friendly host. I was in Pattaya for the first time, I liked everything, convenient location, 30 minutes walk to the pier, to Kozibich beach and to the beach street,to Jomtien 5 minutes by tuke. The deposit was not taken.
