Nice hotel, but a little tired.
Of the advantages:
-comfortable mattresses, pillows and a blanket
-good sound insulation in the room (the neighbors did not hear)
- great location! The hotel is located in a wonderfully picturesque quarter, it was a pleasure to wander through the streets.
The old town is a 10-minute walk away, as well as a large shopping center and a busy street with restaurants.
The usual breakfasts are an egg station, where you can have an omelet and scrambled eggs on request, a small assortment of cheeses and vegetables. Delicious pastries. And the view from the 15th floor, where breakfast is taking place, is amazing.
The hotel is good, 5 minutes walk from Fountain Square (the most popular area, many restaurants, two-storey Zara). There is also an Old Town nearby. If you go the other way, there is a Winter Park (restaurants, fountains, beautiful in the evening), a colorful, delicious Shirvanshah Museum restaurant.
The breakfasts are medium, standard: eggs, vegetables, pastries, yoghurts. There is no free coffee machine, only already brewed coffee.
The Winterpark Hotel and Movenpic are one building and one hotel.
Great hotel. Good, plentiful breakfasts. The room was large, clean, cleaned every day, hygiene kits (toothbrushes, gel, shampoo, soap) were replenished every day. The floors are quiet, good sound insulation, we didn't hear anyone. Two shaving kits were provided upon request. The location is excellent, 18 minutes walk to the old town. The room is warm, the Windows open for ventilation. The lobby is small - this is not a problem for me)) we stopped by at night, we did not have time to purchase manats, the payment was made later upon agreement. There are many tourists from India, some staff did not speak Russian: English and Azerbaijani. The whole hotel 🔥🔥🔥
Not a bad hotel, I had a nice room with a beautiful view of the towers, admired the lighting in the evening. The room has a very large bed and excellent bed linen, a good wardrobe, but with a single hanger, it is unclear😀 Breakfast in the restaurant on the 15th floor with panoramic views of the city, aesthetic pleasure in the morning. I recommend the hotel, what I didn't like was the many cars at the entrance to the hotel, they arranged parking, even taxis are standing, it's difficult to get between them, and it's not convenient with a suitcase at all.
Convenient location, very spacious room, good breakfasts, beautiful view from the restaurant window.
Of the cons:
-the central air conditioner does not work (and it is only central, i.e. it is not regulated) and heating depends on it ... i.e. either there is no heating in the room or +30 (this is not a joke, really, it catches up to 30) ... at the same time, the technical staff can not help anything, explaining this technical feature... at the same time, there is a comfortable t in the corridors ...
-Also a minus is the complete absence of a lobby.... (the photo of the island and the official does not correspond to reality-there is actually no lobby)
- no one at the reception knows Russian...Only Azerbaijani and English (but this is a subjective minus)
Overall, the impressions are positive.

Disgusting! The cleaning is terrible, you leave in the morning, you specifically press the clean room button, you come back at 16.00 the room has not been cleaned yet! Then why this button?! Why?!!! And when the cleaning comes, there are no clean towels! They're being followed for another half hour! Thus, to remove a room is a whole quest! They give very little water, 1.5 liters for three, okay, we'll buy it ourselves, the floors in the bathtub are icy, it hurts to stand, the shower floor is slippery, and black mold in the corners. Very high humidity, no heated towel rail, wet towels, wet clothes, wet bed. The hotel has a problem with towels: there should be three towels per guest, okay, let's have 2, but we all have 4, and there are no towels for our feet, and the floors are icy, one had to be laid on the floor, one small for hands and two large, and there are three of us! Beauty!!! Oh, and we have to make the blanket ourselves too?! We allocated 2 pairs of slippers for three, so after cleaning we were left alone, we did not find the second pair! The hanger in the closet hung alone and only one :))) there are no spoons for tea, chopsticks, but what if we take the spoons away;))) The breakfasts are bad, meager, there is nothing to eat, everything is mixed, no pancakes, no cheesecakes, no pancakes, the pastries are all stale, the croissants are already bitter, and all four days the pastries are stale, it feels like the hotel is taking decommissioned products from neighboring shops, the girl bakes waffles, half burned, and the other half is raw sausages are mixed with tomatoes and onions, the porridge is inedible, sour cream is sour, okay, and that's okay... it's a matter of taste, but, gentlemen, instant coffee in a thermos is the bottom and you broke it! A room per day costs 16,500, and for all this you get this kind of service! I have never seen anything like this anywhere!!! Coffee a cup of cappuccino from the coffee machine voila for 400 rubles, and so be kind-drink the burda from the kettle! IT's just DISGUSTING! By the way, the hotel is poorly located, on one side it looks into the sleeping area, where the screams do not subside until 12 at night, on the other - to the road, where repairs are underway! Problems with water: either you wash with pressure, but cold, or it flows barely, but warm, then it's impossible to wash through a rain shower! I think the hotel ruined our vacation! If you don't want negative emotions, don't get involved! I don't know who writes positive reviews, I don't consider myself spoiled and moody, but it's just not possible to keep silent here!
It's a good hotel, you need to figure out the air conditioning system. The staff barely speaks Russian, the breakfasts are three-star, the location is excellent, and traffic jams surround rush hour.
We stayed at the hotel in May for 9 days.I liked everything. A large bright room. The staff is friendly. The room is cleaned every day. Food in a large assortment. Towels are changed every day. There are water bottles in the room all the time. The guest relations manager Nigar was constantly interested in the quality of service and organized interesting excursions.
I liked the hotel. Very nice room, provided a class higher than paid for. Special thanks for that.Friendly and helpful staff. A great help is provided by the manager Nigar, who helps tourists navigate faster and solves important issues promptly. Also, thank her very much! The location of the hotel is good, close to the shopping street and the old town-all within walking distance.
The rooms are clean, the linen is changed in 2-3 days. The breakfasts are not bad, there is enough assortment, perhaps I wanted more seasonal fruits. The only negative is that the renovation of the hotel has begun, but you can survive it! Everything is done for the convenience of hotel visitors!
I really liked the hotel, we chose it for a long time, but we stopped there and do not regret it. The room was given on the 14th floor with a sea view. The convenient location of the hotel, a 15-minute walk to the waterfront and the old town. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, pedestrian streets, shops. Beautiful view of the sea and the fire towers. There is a restaurant, buffet breakfast
A wonderful hotel within walking distance from the "Old Town" and walking streets. Spacious room, the three of us lived with a child (a double wide bed and a single wide). A good breakfast on the top floor with a view of the city. Attentive staff. They helped with the tour. I recommend it)
Great hotel.
Great breakfasts.
Beautiful view from the window.
I want a normal coffee for breakfast. He is sorely missed.
The rooms are beyond praise - large and clean!
Questions are solved quickly)
The hotel is new, we had a large room with a huge bed. The windows are panoramic with views of the Caspian Sea and the fire towers. The old Town is within walking distance. Breakfast buffet. We are not picky, so I will say fine. We booked through the island, there were no problems. We were very satisfied.
A relatively new hotel. Not a bad location (it's convenient to get from the airport by car, it's not far to the Boulevard on foot, and the Shopping Mall is just around the corner). A normal breakfast buffet (except for coffee, alas...). The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. One of the advantages for Russians is a lot of Russian TV channels. A little annoying is the system of access to floors from elevators using room keys. And the rooms with a view of the Winter Park are noisy, the traffic is audible...
Great, we really liked it.Many thanks to the hotel staff for the attentive attitude to customers for the quick solution of emerging issues, for the comfort and coziness created in the hotel. We have booked your hotel again for May 26.Thanks everyone. But I have a small request. Is it possible to add a Russian translation of the names of dishes to the menu in a restaurant on the 15th floor or just add pictures of the dishes offered
The hotel is not for guests from Russia, the rooms are good, the breakfast is weak, there is no infrastructure, only a room for sleeping

A wonderful hotel! Clear! Cozy! On arrival, they were settled earlier. We left an hour later. They didn't take the money. Nice! Special Thanks to the manager Nigar. Always in touch, solves all issues promptly. The restaurant is super. They will make food separately for the baby. I came to the conclusion that the most delicious food is cooked here. The ports are large and cheaper than in the city. If necessary, they will bring the order to the room. Class. There is a lack of a menu in Russian) but this is not a problem. The waiters speak Russian, they will always tell you.

This is practically a Movenpick. Friendly staff. There is no language barter. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. Slicing, porridge, hot dishes. Tea, coffee. The central tourist spots are close.
We stayed as a family. A double bed for parents with a normal large blanket and a full set of linen and a cot for a child with a blanket instead of a blanket. Under which it's just cold, even without a duvet cover. All requests to bring a blanket for the child were not successful. They gave out 2 blankets. For such an attitude to children, such a low score. May 2023
The staff is friendly, the living conditions are excellent. I liked everything. The price is above average.

The rooms are large, but there were no hangers in the closet, the staff at the reception do not speak Russian, the breakfast was not bad, and the view from the restaurant on the 15th floor to the sea is beautiful
A normal hotel - location, average breakfast. But the rooms are large, the view of Baku is not bad. The lobby is not there. Too expensive in my opinion
There are no gadgets in the fact that the furniture has been burned. The sofa is free from cigarettes. When they were cleaning, they forgot to put a towel on a clean bathrobe. The staff is friendly. There are shortcomings in the Klingon. And in general everything is fine
The second time, I stayed in this hotel. Yes, everything remained at the same level-well, although there is a remark. One of them, of course, is the room that was provided to me was divided by an interior door with a neighboring one. And, therefore, you hear the neighbors as if they are your relatives and live in the same room. These rooms are present in the hotel and are located on the site opposite the elevators. It is better to clarify in advance about the adjacency of the room. The breakfasts are just as good and varied. The staff does their job perfectly. In general, the hotel can be recommended, but with clarification of the details of the room dilution.
Great hotel👍. Attentive staff. To the old town 10 min walk. Near Feruse Square with good restaurants. The hotel offers a great breakfast with panoramic views of the city. Now only there....
