Dear readers of these lines, I kindly ask you to be careful when visiting this store. He positions himself as a luxury alcohol store, but at the same time the employees there are absolutely incompetent, to say the least. Starting from the salesperson and ending with the manager. My visit ended with a statement to the police about the theft of funds from the card. And everything happened at the suggestion of the employees. Not only did they know that my card was being used by an outsider, but they did not prevent it, did not inform the competent authorities, they did not inform me and in every possible way dissuaded me from applying to the authorities. They were talking utter nonsense, demonstrating complete legal illiteracy.
I understand that this is an alcohol store, and my review may cause a skeptical smile from readers. But I repeat, this store is a luxury alcohol store, I don't use it at all, I bought it as a gift to friends.
Yes, it's not even about what I bought, but about the attitude of the employees of the shopping facility towards their customers. Who even put an illiterate person in charge? Or does the top management not care that financially responsible people cover up fraud? And the fact that the legitimate rights of the citizens of the city are being violated? I hope that the employees will realize the depth of their incompetence and correct it by studying at least the service standards, and at most the Civil Code and some articles of the Criminal Code of the REPUBLIC of BELARUS.
