A very nice hotel. Everything is thought out in the rooms, there are all the necessary accessories. Good plumbing. They greet you with a glass of wine :) The hotel also has an amazingly delicious breakfast. There is a terrace where you can enjoy the view of the city in the evening. Near the sulfur baths and the city center :) there is also a grocery store nearby.

The hotel is located close to the center, but be prepared for descents and ascents, because the hotel is located on a hill. At the top there is a veranda with beautiful views of the city. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hospitality of the hosts and the MEGA delicious and varied breakfasts are worth special attention. You will definitely be offered to try homemade wine, do not hesitate, it's worth it))

The advantages are the old city center, a gorgeous view from the terrace, excellent hosts, an amazing breakfast on January 1, a very unusual hotel in principle.
And one minus for me, unfortunately, this is a very small room, it was impossible to turn around for three.
But otherwise I recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel. The location is on the mountain, it takes about 10 minutes to walk downhill to the party streets, and it's better to take a taxi back. Great breakfasts, you can buy quality homemade wine from the owners. There are several places for parking cars, but they are located on a steep slope (so almost everywhere in Tbilisi). There is an exit to the equipped roof of the building.

Wonderful service, polite, clean, sincere! Delicious breakfasts. Convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the center of Tbilisi through nice streets. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the city! We are very pleased with both the hotel and Georgia!

The hotel is steeped in taste and hospitality. Friendly, open, very sociable hosts - they will tell you where to go, what to see, how it is more convenient to pass / drive , call a taxi, solve any questions! A panoramic veranda overlooking the city, within walking distance of old Tbilisi, but the hotel itself is located away from the hustle and bustle. Excellent breakfasts, comfortable rooms!

The hotel is just a fire! The hosts are very friendly! It's like visiting relatives! The rooms are warm, clean and cozy! They clean every other day very well! Water per person 0.5 bottle! You can only talk about this hotel in the superlative degree. Everything is great: the location, cleanliness, breakfasts, and especially the people - the owners and the hotel staff. If I had a choice - a large networker or Wine Hills, the choice would not be in favor of networkers. Are there many hotels better than Hilton and Radisson?

A wonderful, small, cozy hotel. Friendly, intelligent owners. They will tell you everything, tell you where it is delicious, where it is beautiful, where / what to buy... They are greeted with the tastiest wine. Clean, fresh rooms. Excellent breakfasts. The location is within walking distance from the sights of the old town. The steep climb to the hotel will shake the eaten khachapuri and khinkali)))

If we go to Tbilisi again, there are no options, just here. A very warm welcome. They advise where you can go, where you can save money, which tours are better, how best to get there, where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food. The breakfasts are awesome. The view from the terrace is something beyond words. The whole of Tbilisi is in full view. The restaurants are very close, one Maspinzela is worth a lot. A very flexible number renewal system. We felt at home. Many thanks to the owners of the hotel if they are reading.

Nice new hotel. Welcome jug of wine, cookies, the rooms themselves are good.
One minus. Although they are located close to the center, 700 meters from the sulfur baths and fig gorge, but a noticeable part of the road goes uphill. Older people should probably be careful when choosing. However, there are a lot of things that go downhill in Tblisi. A taxi can offset this for 2 GEL (50p at the end of 2018)
Otherwise, it is a very decent hotel.
And the breakfasts are very rich, after that you don't have to have lunch)))
