After the departure of the European segment of visitors and the transition purely to Russians, services fell. If you haven 't been anywhere else , then it 's worth a trip . The buffet is sufficient but not terribly varied. Draft beer is poured, then what remains is new and fresh, for those who have everything included. The remote control from the air conditioner costs separate money. The cell is paid. The beach is not too far away. The waiters either understand or speak Russian. Either the manager or the kind of Russian-speaking polite. The pool is clean. It's all clear. They are fed together with non-residents. The locals come in a crowd and sit by the pool, discussing the world conspiracy. There are no conflicts. I liked everything except the main aunt in the restaurant, who mostly pours at the bar. There are no adapters for sockets for our plugs. No one climbs in , does not interfere , does not indicate . All entertainment is provided through our agency guides. Initially, do not show it if you know English ) one because of the semi-controlling aunt and the remote control from the air conditioner . Drinks were bought in a store far away or online so that this aunt 's face would not be met with old fermented drinks from a jug . It's generally fine. It feels like you came to an unfamiliar place and just rented a room. They don't bother you, they don't bother you. We talked when we took the key and when we returned it. Everything is intuitive.

Good evening ! I am currently in Cyprus at this Windmills hotel, it is considered a 4* type by tour operators, but on the website it is 3*, but in fact it does not deserve 2 * !!! The tour was taken for 4 people, 3 adults and one child were taken for ALL INCLUSIVE!!! All inclusive at this hotel means you come for breakfast and you can only sit in the hallway, it's like the reception and the tables are standing! You can't sit in a Bar or Restaurant, they either won 't serve you or they'll tell you to move to a restaurant! Breakfast is like a boiled egg in one plate, a thin piece of ham, the same piece of cheese, instant coffee, or cereal with milk! And what about the children??? You can only have lunch there or at the bar, they bring you a three - item menu, where you can choose only two of the three items and that 's it ! That is, you can't order 4 salads, 4 soups, 4 second ones! Only two at a time !!! That's how everything is included here!!! By the way, drinks are here, you go to the bar and wait until they serve those who came with the money! And then you can 't be burned like that !!! Also, if you don 't speak English, you are treated like a descended child!!! Speaking of drinks, they give you a list as a menu, what you can take and what is 50 percent off. You are constantly waiting, and when they come up to you, they ask and look at you as if you are here for free money, and not for your blood money!!! There is no pool bar, remember! And then they write that the pool bar! Fuck it! And if you bought it, it won't be good to go to the bar for a drink! Because you will hear a lot of swear words and indignation about yourself!!! Next! The food is repeated every day!!! Especially salads! It seems to me that I have already become a vegetarian in 7 days! And do not think that there are many salad options here! It's just a tomato salad with cucumbers and lettuce and olives every time and that's it! And where are the meat ones ! ? There have never been meat salads or the like in all this time! French fries and Navy-style pasta with cheap and tasteless cheese! The children have nothing to eat here at all! By the way, time is limited here! Breakfast is from 8 to 9 am , I didn 't have time to wait for lunch ! Just strictly like that ! Drinks are diluted with many juices, sodas, and ice is simply poured above the glass!so that you can pour less alcohol ! So you drink only water !but there 's no point ! I tried ordering a double brandy with lemon juice without soda! So the young bartenders poured, and when the older one found out, he violated them and told me that only one dose with lemon juice and all without double ! Another dissatisfaction! We checked in at 18:30, and our departure is at 22:50. So little is the fact that we are picked up five and a half hours before boarding, so they also evict us from the hotel before 12:00!!! And where you will be for these hours , they don 't care and only breakfast, and where you will continue to eat, no one cares !!! That is, they fed you for breakfast with what you have and then walk until 22:50 as you want!!! I'll also tell you about an interesting type, it's like your local guide for the time of arrival! His name is ILYA DOLZHNIKOV, he seems to have a surname that speaks for itself! He always promises everyone that he is in touch ! And he always answers everyone ! But everyone complained about him that he ignores everyone as well as me ! Whoever would not call him, he always says that he is very busy! If you need anything, write to him in whatsapp! But if you want to go somewhere for services or something else for a fee, then he's right there!!! There is no hotel here! There are two or three storey houses here ! The rooms are not very good! Only for those who only want to spend the night! Air conditioners are paid per day for 9 euros! Not a damn thing!? We talked to one here, I think he's an Administrator, his name is George! He said that before everything was included here, it was a buffet, etc ... everything is normal!!! And now they 're all waiting for something !!! He told me that he 's been holding it all for generations!!! It turns out to be a family contract!!! The grandparents started !and they continue ! Husbands, children and grandchildren work here ! In short, all the relatives !!! Of course, that's why there's no one to complain! Because everyone is their own ! If you don 't like something, let's see it ! The only plus is the Sun and the Sea!!! At first we thought, well, this is probably the first impression! But it turned out that it wasn 't !!!! Everyone here complained about poor service, food, and attitude! I.t..d... by the way, all the very old furniture is here! And there is not a TV in every room , and there is still no translation into Russian !

The tour was booked through Biblio Globus, we agreed to this hotel, as there are good photos and reviews on Booking. But the reviews end in 2020. Probably, the owner changed during the year or something happened that significantly reduced the class of the hotel.
At the reception we were met by a certain Georgy, who communicated in the style of Soviet vakhterism: rudely and nervously. He sold us exactly, and did not rent (as in decent hotels) - 2 adapters for sockets. With the words: "yes, I sell adapters, but what did you want? You'd think I was putting money in my pocket!!!" And this tirade fell on the clarifying question of why not for rent. I asked him to be polite, and he accused me of being inadequate. In general, such staff will hardly ever have many guests, much less good reviews. No one escorted us to the room, they searched for it themselves in the night.
The room was no less shocking than the reception.
We got the standard room. Yes, this is the most economical room, but the hotel is declared as an apartment, but there was not even a kettle in the room. There was no safe. It is a small 30-meter room, with single beds put together. There was a refrigerator, air conditioning (as a salvation), 2 small pieces of soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper were waiting for us in the shower. Face and body towels. And that's all.
The only thing that saved us was a relatively fresh renovation and new furniture, and the fact that we arrived for only 3 days and were not going to spend much time at the hotel.
Breakfast is already the 3rd shock! 2 boiled eggs, a spoonful of canned beans, 2 thin slices of cheap cheese and boiled sausage. And coffee - attention - instant! Everything looked like the cheapest Soviet canteen. And such breakfasts are for everyone - not only for us "standard" (there are superior rooms and even suites in the room fund). By the way, the plates with food were carried by the same George, saving on everything absolutely.
We were so disappointed that we no longer ate at the hotel restaurant. Everything is really shabby in the lobby, the furniture is old. In general, it's a kind of cheap flophouse. There is no drinking water in the lobby. In general, if you did not buy it at the store, then there is nowhere to take it.
The pool is clean, nothing can be said, but there are not many umbrellas around it, so it is not very convenient to relax next to it.
There is Wi-Fi, and fortunately for us, he was finishing up to our room. But this is "accidental".
The cleaning was done only once, but at a minimum. We took out the garbage ourselves (how do you like this for a hotel?)
I would put one star on everything. The second is only due to the location. 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach of Pernera. There are many shops, a pharmacy, bars nearby. This is a quiet and cozy area for lovers of relaxing holidays.
In general, next time we would choose this area again. But not Windmills. Terrible conditions, even for the price.

But I will still write my review, maybe it will help someone. I'll make a reservation right away. The beautiful weather, the sea and the sun are doing their job, and even it would seem that in sad situations everything is not so bad anymore. And I will definitely return to Cyprus, but never to this hotel! In order. It is not the first time we have been abroad, we have been in different categories of hotels, there is something to compare with. Buying a ticket to this hotel, I was seduced by the stardom of the hotel and the relatively good location. We have read reviews, as in almost any hotel, both bad and good, well, we think we are not picky for our happiness. In fact, it turned out to be much sadder. We arrived at the reception around 13:00, usually they check in everywhere immediately, then we were told to wait until 14:00. It's the way it's supposed to be everywhere. Well, OK, it's supposed to be that way. We sit and wait. The time is 14:00, no one thinks to settle us, and finally, closer to 15:00, we were settled. They give you the keys, you go by yourself, no one accompanies you. Coming to our room, from the threshold we were already surprised by our door, which is hanging on snot. We were moved into an old room, we found out later. We go into our apartment and voila dirty floor, with pieces of some dirt, a used sponge on the floor. The table is covered in large crumbs. We went into the bathroom and did not have time to take a picture of the cockroach, he quickly ran past us and hid 😄The room was completely unprepared for tourists. Then we go back to the reception and ask to change the room, there is already another girl, after all, she went to meet us and changed to another number. The room is already clean. But!!! During the whole week of our stay, they never cleaned up, we fished out a cleaner in the hallway and asked for clean towels. And only once, during our afternoon nap, she knocked on our door, and we asked her to quickly walk with a rag, because it was already impossible to walk on the floor. All this was explained by the fact that the cleaners do not have time for only 2 of them!! Like it's my problem, but come on. Next, my favorite place is their so-called "buffet", which consisted of instant coffee (there is no coffee machine) and it is 4 stars 🧐 tea, 3 kinds of soda and water. 2 types of cereal and milk. There was also an oven in which you can bake bread. You can not take more than 2 pieces of bread, otherwise you will be brought to hysterics, as an elderly woman was brought to breakfast with us, who had everything included 😒
Then you are served breakfast itself on a plate: usually 2 eggs or scrambled eggs, a piece of cheese, ham, some beans, once a week there was oatmeal porridge. This is almost an everyday breakfast. I don't know about dinners, we didn't have any. Dinner consists of 2 hot dishes and a dessert and you choose it from the menu, there is no buffet. I don't know how things are with all inclusive, because we only took breakfast-dinners. There was never any fruit. I am attaching a photo of the room, as we were especially outraged by the dirt. There are no special complaints about the food, except for the lack of a coffee machine. Since we don't eat much and especially didn't expect any delicacies. But if it's important to you, then I probably wouldn't recommend this hotel. I give this hotel one for the rudeness of the hostess, for greed in a couple of pieces of bread, for a dirty room, for the contemptuous attitude of the family (the whole family keeps the hotel) to the guests, but not to everyone who is lucky

Good evening! I decided to write a review about this hotel. Maybe it will help someone to avoid mistakes and in no case go here. I'm looking for positive things and I can't find them, only the sea and a nice beach, which is municipal. The hostess of the hotel is a rude and miser, not a hard worker, as it was written in one of the reviews. There are not enough maids, there are only 2 or maybe 3 rooms in this hotel (I saw only two). Naturally, they did not have time to clean the rooms. I had to catch and ask for toilet paper, then wipe the floors, then take out the garbage in their cart by myself. During breakfasts and dinners, the hostess herself works as a waiter. From here I draw conclusions that saves on staff. I've never seen this in any hotel. There was not a single fruit during the entire stay. There is no buffet in sight. And for the four of them not to have a coffee machine is nonsense. The economy should be economical - the motto of this hotel, apparently.

Nice cozy, delicious food, drink, put to bed!!😊 it is not far from the sea, the attitude of the staff is good, special thanks to Kostos! In general, there are entertainment and night bars too, there are plenty of shops and taverns along the street, there is where to go and where to sit, a taxi is around the corner, Wi-Fi at the reception is free! The package is paid, but it didn't bother, because everything else is super!!!!🤩

Good nutrition. But numbers are how lucky you are. They can put you in rooms near the bar, and then the noise is provided for the whole night. There are rooms on the ground floor- studios with a panoramic window, and a view of the street, and no matter how you open it, it turns out that you are right on the street, and it's stuffy. But there is a way out-this is a conder, but it is paid 650 rubles per day. It's better to take a super studio - they have rooms far from the bar, there is a kitchen and a balcony and the chance that you will not be lucky is less. Take shampoos, toothbrushes and other personal hygiene supplies with you, these are not available in the rooms. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the beach. Giant cockroaches, exotic to us, live in the rooms, but these are usually on the ground floors. In principle, we were lucky, a good room on the second floor, no air conditioner is needed, everything is blown through, far from the bar and noise, there are no cockroaches, there was a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea.

We rested in this hotel in August 2021 with a child. The rooms are terribly dirty. Audibility in the rooms 😱😱😱. There is no choice of food. The plumbing is all leaking. The only thing is that the beach is not far away. There are no more advantages.

If you look at the star rating, do not look at what is written 4 stars. In fact, 2 so do not expect a miracle. And so cozy houses, separate entrances. A green area. The pool is normal, there is for children. The food is delicious but monotonous. I haven't tried alcohol , but people complained. There is a bar at the hotel and a street with bars and shops at the exit. There is a bus stop nearby. But the nearest beach is 500-600 meters away. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the cool one in the center.

For seasoned and not whimsical tourists, there is no air conditioning in the room, only for the money of 9 euros per day, the locks on the entrance doors do not work, there is no Wi-Fi in the room, there is a bar in the courtyard until the morning, take birushi necessarily. This is not a hotel, but a private apartment, in general, no stars, there are two towels per person and a piece of soap in the room. They feed normally, you will not have to starve, again, if you do not have high expectations. It is better to take only breakfast. And it is better not to take excursions from individual guides, the price is overestimated three times.
