The hotel is good, budget. The territory is small and cozy. The room- we had an ordinary Delux, small, comfortable, tired furniture, old plumbing, but it worked well, there was a small balcony overlooking the pool, very convenient. The staff is polite, there are problems - they will come in and fix everything. The food is very modest, omelet, fruits- watermelon, bananas, papaya, rice, hot - one type, pastries 1 type of buns, butter, jams, coffee, tea. Cheese, sliced, yoghurts - there is no such thing. We didn't eat too much. Pools- 2 pieces, beautiful, warm, cleaned regularly. The beach is 5 minutes on foot, across the street. On the beach, you can take a drink at the bar and lie on ottomans all day, or take sun beds, but this is 10 times more expensive. The ocean is beautiful, warm, waves, lots of surfers. Activity- there is a Russian surf school nearby in the neighboring hotel, I recommend it. Good specialists, excellent equipment, my daughter was very pleased. We took three lessons from them. Nearby there is the Beach Walk shopping center, wonderful shopping, there are many famous brands. There are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, souvenir shops around. Tourists are mostly young people, a lot of surfers, a fun area. There is no activity in the hotel itself. But we had enough of her outside. There is a supermarket Grand Lucky 10 minutes by taxi from the hotel, a large selection of food, groceries, fruits. In general, the hotel is worth the money!)

All that can be said about this hotel is QUIET, CALM AND COZY!!! There are a lot of age-related tourists, if you like parties, then this hotel is definitely not about that. The breakfasts are the same, day after day, but you will not stay hungry.
The room stock is not bad, but there are problems with sewerage.

A good basic hotel with an excellent location.
The hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful, but in 2 minutes you can walk to Kuta beach, in 5 minutes to the Beachwalk shopping center.
There is a good spacious parking lot.
There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, one of which has small areas for children, the territory is well maintained, but the rooms are very different from the building and it is better to take the one closest to the restaurant.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but good.
We gave a cake for my birthday and decorated the room))
As a result, an excellent basic hotel, price / quality / location - perfect!
