The Willing Hotel in Minsk left a pleasant impression. Its location is really very convenient - almost in the city center, close to popular restaurants and recreation areas. The hotel itself looks neat and well-groomed, harmoniously fitting in with the former factory workshops. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Polite staff. The breakfasts at the hotel are delicious and varied. Unfortunately, it is not entirely clear why the water in the room was provided only on the first day, and then stopped. Also, paid bathrobes may seem like an extra extra expense to some guests. In general, Willing is a good option for a stop in Minsk. The excellent location, pleasant atmosphere and decent level of service make this hotel an attractive choice.

A wonderful hotel. We took a room for two without breakfast. Small room, clean,cozy. They immediately issued 2 key cards, which is very convenient. Great mattress and pillows! A very decent option to stay in Minsk for a few days. The hotel is well maintained, fairly modern, and the staff is friendly. But, there are points that we personally perceived as disadvantages:
1) There are not even disposable slippers in the rooms, and you need to pay (!) 26 BEL. rubles for a bathrobe - this is strange.
2) Maybe we were unlucky, but the mattress in our room was like jelly. Too soft. Of course, unaccustomed to waking up broken and with an unpleasant feeling in the back.
3) The hotel is located in a party place and local racers gather next to it on Friday)) Of course, listening to the howling of elderly cars until one o'clock in the morning is not the most pleasant experience.
Otherwise, in terms of price and quality, the option is good.

Nice hotel. Nearby, within walking distance is the Oktyabrskaya street art location with bars, restaurants and activities. It is convenient to get to the city, not very far from the main tourist locations. With a sufficiently high level of service, the lack of a safe in the room and other small things is confusing. There is ample parking space in front of the hotel and there is charging for electric vehicles.

For its three stars, it is quite an adequate option. In general, if you don't find fault, then the rooms are clean.. Our two-room suite was well thought out.. but something in it fell off in the process of living.. the effect of a quick repair. Yes, the children could not sleep from the word at all on the pull-out sofa.. it creaks insanely like the most terrible cot.. but they got out of the situation by laying a mattress and sofa cushions on the floor.. they have a large play area with excellent sleeping places.. the staff is very friendly, they quickly reacted to the breakdown in the room and fixed it.. I advise you to review the drawing of door limiters and shower holders.. It seems they can self-detach from the walls..

Overall a good hotel
Among the advantages:

+ they are cleaned periodically (although it seems to me that only the bed was made and that's it)

- it's very noisy under the windows in the evenings, some car traffic is gathering there. And it is impossible to get rid of the noise even by closing the window…
- the breakfasts are very weak, they do not cost 30 b.r. A small choice, everything ends quickly, there is not even something like a lemon and they refused to bring it.. fortunately, we took it only for 1 morning, we didn't go there anymore
- there was water in the room without gas 0.5. It is always free in all hotels and is replenished every day. Here, during the eviction, I had to pay for it.. strange.

We stayed for 2 nights, excellent hotel, good location, not far from Independence Square, we walked, the metro is also not far away.
Just behind the hotel there is a street with bars and cafes, in the evening it is crowded and loud.
The hotel itself is clean, our room was brand new, fresh, studio suite, 2 rooms, living room with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms. The dishes are all clean in the room. The beds are comfortable, the linen, towels, and bathrobes are snow-white.
Among the disadvantages, the air conditioning was not set up successfully or we could not adjust it so that all rooms had a comfortable temperature, one room was very cold, the second was comfortable, the third was very warm.
The hotel bar does not work for a long time, until 23 or 23.30, there is nowhere to eat late in the evening either.
The breakfasts are not diverse, I think the price is too high for such a breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel in April 2024, we liked almost everything: parking (free with video surveillance), convenient location (near the metro, public space, park, shops, you can walk to the center), view from the room to the embankment and the park (but there is also a courtyard well), cozy and clean room, polite staff. Separately about the room, among the advantages: spacious, clean, comfortable mattress, soft bed linen, snow-white towels, there is water, kettle, refrigerator, plumbing is serviceable, clean, wi-fi works fast. Of the cons: not the best water pressure; the carpet on the floor is still a dust collector, and disposable slippers are not provided; the cost of rooms is not the most budget. I booked a room at this hotel for the first time and on the official website there was a promo code for a 10% discount, they accept payment with a MIR card.

I liked it! Nice building, atmosphere, fresh renovation. Polite, friendly staff. Clean and fresh. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a cooler with hot water in the hallway. There is a kitchen and dishes. But you can't cook in the room (there is no stove!) Room service can be ordered from the bar at reasonable prices. (Cheesecakes and ice cream are delicious🔥) There are many bars and coffee shops nearby. There is a park with a river and ducks across the street. The windows of the room faced the car and the railway road — the sound insulation is good! (and I am very sensitive to unnecessary noise).

Excellent location (near Pervomaiskaya metro station and ground transport stops, but you can get to the center on foot in 15-20 minutes), clean rooms, friendly staff.
The rooms also have a refrigerator and a kettle, which is very convenient. Very good water pressure in the shower, which is rare for hotels. Towels are changed more often than once every 3 days.
Breakfast services were not used, but there are several cafes nearby where breakfast is served from 8 am.
At check-out, they forgot the router in the room, the administrator called in a timely manner and informed them about it, so they managed to pick it up :)
We will definitely stay here again if we are in Minsk.

We stayed for 5 days, of the advantages, the hotel looks very stylish, especially the lobby, the room has a mini fridge and a refillable tea station. Of the disadvantages of cleaning, only the garbage was removed (not vacuumed, nothing was wiped. Immediately upon arrival, a spider web on the ceiling was noticeable). But every day, for some reason, they changed all the towels.
I definitely take off the star for the service - there was a hitch with the payment upon arrival (we thought that we simply did not have enough funds), but it turned out that they tried to withdraw the amount of accommodation x2 from us twice. Considering that before that we figured out that the amount should be two times less, as indicated in the booking confirmation.

But the joint in the bathroom fell off, or rather it just fell with a bang when I was in the shower, but the staff quickly came and fixed everything. The children turned out to have an uncomfortable folding sofa, like an old cot, creaked and sagged, we just moved the mattress to the floor, it was normal. The hotel is a 25-minute walk from the center. And it is located on a street that is now a kind of art space with a bunch of cafes and it is a place for night parties of young people. Next to the hotel there is an authentic hipster street, very beautiful, like in the movies! There are a lot of cafes, dry cleaning, an algol factory, a lot of things! On the other side of the hotel, the Sviloch River flows through the entire city center, through which the Beijing Hotel.
The room is not large, it is not equipped for 10 tr per day (without a bathrobe, without shampoo, without breakfast, without air freshener), but the prices are festive, so it is tolerable. The hotel does not have a swimming pool, billiards, hammam, massage - it's a pity.

Очень и очень хорошо. Чисто. Уважительно. Уютно. Приветственные бутылочки с водой ( можно сразу после заселения в номере вскипятить воду, заварить чай/кофе ( прилагается) и перекусить. Кулер на этаже. Рядом с центром. Море заведений общепита рядом. Прошу сказать недочеты, чем перечислять плюсы. Из недочетов могут быть: центр сбора молодежи неподалеку, а именно клубы, машины, мотоциклы и похожее. Поэтому периодами шумно, если окна не во двор. Писали раньше, что нет Геля до душа и мыла - эта проблема решена. Полотенца имеются. Тапочки и халат - за отдельную стоимость ( думаю, можно рассмотреть чуть меньшую за них стоимость и тогда это было бы более оправдано и актуально). Услуги стирки, глажки и прочее имеются тоже за отдельную сумму. Я бы поставила все звезды, но все таки можно еще лучше. В любом случае, очень рады, что выбрали этот отель.
