Nice place, polite manager, good location 15 minutes to Bodomzor metro station. Near to masjid.

They didn't let me fall asleep, there's a TV in the hallway and there's an uncle (most likely he's the owner) talking very loudly, yesterday, where we watched TV until 02:00, everything is audible, I don't recommend it, if you're a slacker, then this is for you, it's just impossible to fall asleep there.
