A good pick-up point, there is enough space for both checking and queuing. Which often happen. One of the minor disadvantages is parking. But sometimes there are seats opposite and thanks for that. The staff is nice and friendly.

The level of service is a wild horror. The issuing employee allows himself to be rude and try to educate in front of other clients. Orders are not issued in turn. The pick-up point itself is in terrible condition (broken window, papers on the floor, a piece of wall is also on the floor), there is an unpleasant smell (fumes) in the room. Let the manager tell the staff how to behave at work!

The point is free, if there is a queue, then it is not difficult to stand and wait for the goods. I understand how busy the warehouse is there and how difficult it is sometimes to find a parcel for a client, and therefore I send the guys from the point of patience, good luck and adequate customers 💛

I drive past this house almost every day. There are queues of people from 18.00. So the place is conveniently located.
There are no such queues during lunch and before 16.00.
Choose a time to go shopping if you don't want to stand outside in bad weather.

There are huge queues, people stand for hours, there are always bugs and errors of the service. They close the point ahead of time.
The skirt was not accepted today because of the crooked seam. Why should the buyer suffer because of this? They told me to make a refund, but in my experience it is considered for about a week.
Why do I have to wait a week and stand in queues TWICE because of poor-quality clothes?
I'd rather switch to ozone 🙌
