If it were possible to put 0 and less, then I would. During the day, they approved the return of the goods to me, I came to the pick-up point, and they tell me that the manager did not approve my application. What kind of news is this anyway? I spent two hours to at least do something, the result is 0. The girl did not take anything, although the Wildberry support service told me that I could take it to any pick-up point. + I took the same product from them myself yesterday. There is also a pick-up point in the neighboring house, where a refund was issued in ONE minute, without any approval from the head. She just scanned the code on the box, checked the contents and THAT's IT!!! Was it really difficult to do it here??? Terrible attitude!!! And it wouldn't hurt to clean up!

A good pick-up point, nothing superfluous. The staff is not bad, they cope with their task. I use it quite often, I didn't find any problems.
