Calling her employer, the employee reported that the product was lost, and according to her, this is not the first time her replacement has been involved. The item will be converted to the lost status and the money will be refunded to me within two weeks. The money was not returned ... I asked for the number of the person responsible for the item, because I believe she is responsible for providing delivery services. They didn't give me a phone number....They ate my candies, and I was tricked into closing the order.

There used to be a good pick-up point with 5 changing rooms. Then they reduced it to 3 - now there are constant queues, in the morning / afternoon / on a day off. But, 1 star is not for that. Over the past year, I have already been charged 3 times for the returned product (for the product itself, not for return shipping), and the amounts are not small. Then you have to run around, figure it out, and raise everyone's ears. I feel like I'm going to write in the wrong ones next time.support, and to special consumer protection authorities.
