I agree with the reviews that this item absolutely does not deserve a 4.9 rating, with a maximum of 2 points. The pick-up point is tiny, the place for unpacking and viewing the goods is inconvenient, very small, and you jostle with other visitors. The service leaves much to be desired, the guy who is on the delivery list never greets or says goodbye in his life, he always remains silent when I greet him, with a stony expression on his face, and with a look as if he is bothered and tired of everything. The changing rooms are gloomy, tiny, sooo dirty. It's good that another pick-up point has opened nearby, now I'm happy to go there, it's heaven and earth compared to this misunderstanding. Apparently, the owner of this item doesn't care at all.

Excellent staff at the pick-up point. They are kind and helpful. They will always help and prompt, I always go there :3.

The service is normal, the exception is that the guy doesn't work tactfully. A dirty and very small item. Constant queues. I try not to pick up the goods here.
