I don't know his last name, his name is Elena . So, yesterday 30.10, at about 17 o'clock, I came for an order. I selected my product and put it on the counter. For some reason she began to stack it, I ask her, what are you doing? I'm taking these things away. She gave me such a scandal, screamed like crazy. She accused me of putting my product on the wrong side of the counter and told her that I was giving it up. I started to prove to her that I hadn't even uttered the word - I refuse. Where are you going?! She just screamed! I asked, but I have the money for what was withdrawn? Who will return them to me?She replied to me - I can make a refund from home. The result!!! I don't know how and who will refund my money and when? And now we need to re-order these things again. And with this Elena, this is not the first case of scandals.
