07.05. faced with terrible service! Olga, an employee, refused to accept the product after fitting, considering it to be defective (although I was against it and claimed otherwise!!!). She forced me to pay for an item that didn't fit my size and told me to contact the seller for a refund due to the marriage. BUT in the end, the seller did not approve the application, because this is NOT a marriage!!! It turns out that I bought a product that doesn't suit me without my consent. After this incident, there is no desire to be served by her, which cannot be said about her partner Svetlana. Always a friendly, friendly and pleasant girl! I am staying at this PVZ thanks to her.
On 12/30, they came for the bag, unpacked the goods near the female employee, then went to the mirror in the fitting room to see how it looked (she did not go into the fitting room herself), found a manufacturing defect on the bag. The girl was told - we are not taking the bag, marriage. Olga said she couldn't accept it because she thought it was a marker that we could use to draw a bag in the fitting room))) I said I wasn't there, you can look at the cameras, Olga looked at the cameras, but there's a blind spot.
