An excellent pick-up point on Volotov.There is a lot of space, there are cozy fitting rooms.Kind and helpful staff!I especially want to say thank you to the employee Evgeny-he will always help and tell you.They work fast, the schedule is very convenient!There are bus stops within walking distance.

The rude staff, without explaining the reasons, canceled the order after the second attempt to receive it. We came for the first time for an order, we couldn't get it, because there were not enough funds on the card, they said that we would come and pick it up tomorrow, to which the answer was that it would not be there tomorrow, although it had been there for three days since it was delivered to the pick-up point. We replenished the card, came back two hours later, the order was not issued, the employee canceled it himself, like I refused, although there was no question of refusal. It's not the first time I've noticed the impoliteness of an employee (a young man), neither hello nor goodbye, I don't like the job - find another one. When working with people, be kind and polite.
