I came to the pick-up point, began to calmly explain that this was the case, they began to raise my voice and accuse me that it was my fault, and so to speak "sent" me on a trip far and for a long time.
She asked to return it with a paid refusal, because the request for a refund is rejected and in no way will you achieve the truth. In response, this person told me that she could not help in any way. Excuse me, please, firstly, you do not need to talk to customers in a raised tone, And secondly, why are you sitting there if you shout "I CAN'T HELP YOU"?

What I want to say to someone who has decided to receive goods at this PVZ: think carefully about whether it is worth picking up the goods at this point… I ordered the issue at this point by mistake and regretted it! As they wrote earlier that the goods were unpacked at home, and there was a substitution (I told the employee of the point that I wanted to open the package at the point under the camera, but she refused to open the package). So the rights of the buyer are violated in the PVZ.
