The competence of the staff leaves much to be desired. Of the three items ordered and delivered, only two were found and issued. At the same time, the manager charged money for all three products. She doesn't know how it happened, apparently "accidentally" (in her words). In general, they caused a lot of unnecessary and unpleasant problems with the refund of money for goods that they could not even find and did not give out.
