It seems to me that there are not enough employees there. They are constantly busy, all they have time to do is run around unpacking boxes and handing out goods. It's inconvenient that there is no ramp, you can't drive in with a stroller, because of this I chose another pick-up point. But there's more space and a little more fitting rooms than the one I usually go to. If you need something for yourself, without a child, or you need to measure, then this item is better. And if the child needs something, then I go to another one, in which you can drive in with a stroller. The queues are almost the same everywhere. There is no heavy workload, well, it is still possible because I try not to walk during rush hours

Probably in the first place for pumping money out of our budget, thanks to the offered assortment and price. Everything is excellent, if everything suits us and we order regularly, then you are doing everything right ;)
