A great point. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We are always ready to meet you halfway, and if necessary, suggest a question of interest. It is very pleasant to receive your purchases there.

The service is very slow, they have only one zebra!(pick-up for orders). Whenever there was a queue of at least 10 people!!! It's dirty, the stairs to the basement are terrible!! Do you want to intentionally break your legs? Go ahead!

There are a lot of people, especially after 17 o'clock, there is a queue already on the street. The waiting time can be an hour and a half standing, and you can't even get inside the room.
