The office is completely disorganised and messy, there doesn't seem to be much of a system for organising the packages. As a result there often a long queue because it takes the worker a long time to find the customers' packages.
A co-worker is a guy with the speed of a turtle, the main disadvantage. It feels like a person doesn't understand at all where the system works and how the system works, searching for goods for 30 minutes and always walking from the computer to the pantry, as if the product would appear from this is a separate topic.... And it's always a queue of km when he's working, because the speed is zero.
▎Feedback about the order pick-up point
Unfortunately, my impression of this pick-up point is extremely negative. The main problem is extremely slow maintenance, especially when a young person is working. It seems that he constantly does not want to do something, he gets annoyed and shows disrespect to customers.
The service is terrible: the slowness, irritability of the employee and his unwillingness to do his job spoil the whole impression of receiving the order.
Unfortunately, this is the only pick-up point located near my house. If I had the opportunity to choose, I definitely would not order anything else at this point.
I am sure that replacing this employee will significantly increase the efficiency of the pick-up point and improve the customer experience.
I hope my feedback will be taken into account and the situation will change for the better.
The room is small, but at the same time everything you need and even ottomans to sit and wait in line is also there. I mostly get to the shifts of a young guy, he serves people quickly enough, plus he is always very polite, and if there are any questions, he always strives to help
Wildberries sent an order to Kutuzov, 1 instead of the point on Kalinovsky, 101. I went in such weather with an infant ((( the ramp is not cleaned, it's terribly easy to drive inside with a stroller (around the box)

Close to the place of residence (convenient). I took things that didn't require fitting. Everything was without comment. I noticed that one booth for fitting, I think it's not enough because there were 3-4 booths in the other compartment and 2 were constantly busy trying on.
The staff is friendly. I recommend.
In general, everything is normal, except that if you don't come lately at 12-14 o'clock, it is closed with a sign saying "we will be back soon" 🙄
