I would like to express my gratitude to the employees of the pick-up point. They are always friendly and helpful. There was a situation when a young man picked up my orders, like any man, he just picked up and left. As a result, the seller sent me a completely wrong product. I have never encountered such a situation before. I returned to the PV myself. The girl not only told me what I needed to do, but also guided me on the correctness of filling out the refund application. A couple of days later, I came to return the goods for a refund and was pleasantly surprised that the girl remembered me and asked how everything went.
It's always nice to come to such smiling people for an order.

The point is small, but cozy, always clean, even in winter when it's slushy outside, there is a table for children, when she came with her daughter, she barely persuaded her to leave, as if there were no pencils at home))) the girls are friendly, there have never been any conflict situations.
