The pick-up point is within walking distance for me, convenient. The only drawback in the run-up to the holidays is long queues.

A good pick-up point, polite staff. It is better to pick up parcels in the afternoon or in the morning. There are a lot of people in the evening

Hello! 04/23/2023 I received my order at this pick-up point, some of the goods could not be found and were not given to me. Not issued: article 154208909 3 pcs, 60279264 1 piece The young man took my number and promised to call me as soon as the product was found But already at home I found that all goods, including those that were not issued, were assigned the status "issued", money was also written off for all creatures. I would like to know on what basis, if the goods were not given to me? I can still understand the write-off of payment, let it be like an advance payment, but why do non-issued goods have the issued status? I see two options in this situation, either the employees of this pick-up point are not aware that it is possible to issue a partial delivery of goods (in this case, train people to work nominally), or these are fraudulent schemes.
