This creates an additional risk for visitors.

I demanded from the operator that they give me this product or money. The product was not found. The girl admitted her mistake and promised to return the money in 3-4 days. 10 days have passed, every day she promises to give the money, comes up with reasons that prevent her from doing so. I guess I'll have to talk to the director. There are often situations when they cannot find the product. In a word, it's a mess! Personally, I will no longer place orders at this pick-up point!
