The pick-up point is located in the basement, which already creates certain inconveniences. I would like to note that the staff there, unfortunately, do not look too cheerful — perhaps it is worth adding a little positive atmosphere.
Special attention should be paid to the steps: they can sometimes be very slippery, which can be dangerous. In addition, cigarette butts periodically fall from above (and maybe something more serious), since the point is located in a residential 16-storey building. This creates an additional risk for visitors.
I recommend that you pay attention to these points and take measures to improve the conditions.

Irresponsible attitude towards customers! The operator messed up and made the payment before I started checking the goods. One product didn't fit, I returned it. The operator accepted the product, said that she had issued a refund, and after a few days it turned out that the refund had not been made because the product was non-refundable, so the store did not refund the money. I demanded from the operator that they give me this product or money. The product was not found. The girl admitted her mistake and promised to return the money in 3-4 days. 10 days have passed, every day she promises to give the money, comes up with reasons that prevent her from doing so. I guess I'll have to talk to the director. There are often situations when they cannot find the product. In a word, it's a mess! Personally, I will no longer place orders at this pick-up point!

How could such a small air lock be opened in the basement??
They closed down the normal area, where the girls worked, and the specialists were excellent!
They opened one that three people can't fit in. The cardboard is covered. It is clear that the employees are all new and slow. It's more about the dimensions of the PVZ itself.
