The pick-up point wishes for the best… Firstly, there are no packages from the word at all. In the city, at least 3 package options (large, medium, small) are presented at any point in the World Bank. In your world Bank, the client himself must come with a package, because you can only imagine a box you don't need or a stripped piece of polyethylene. Secondly, the attitude towards customers could not be worse. Employees do everything through reluctance, through force, they explain, help, if something is unclear and you decide to ask again, they roll their eyes and defiantly resent…
Thirdly, the chain of command is broken. Professionalism is absent from all employees at the PVZ. Employees serve slowly and make gross mistakes (for example: they paid for a thing, and a WB employee wrote it off as a marriage, and then confusion is revealed and money is demanded).
Fourthly, it is very dirty!!!! The dust is above the roof!!! The point has turned into a warehouse! Fifth, sit down anywhere! Queues are like in the USSR for a loaf of bread. Unfortunately, this is the only world Bank in the village of Borodulikha and the local people have nowhere to go, so they come to you. Please take appropriate measures!!!
Kind staff, quickly issue an order, not far away if you live in an apartment (three-storey, four-storey, five-storey)Five stars! I like it, but I need to clean up the pick-up point a bit.
The staff are wonderful, kind and helpful, and the room always smells nice and there are also comfortable seats. I also want to note the absence of large and even medium queues, which is very nice!
I forgot to add, there are free candies there))))
