I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service at your pick-up point and the unjustified debit of funds. My experience of interacting with your PVZ has left an extremely negative impression.
Firstly, I was confronted with a disgusting attitude from the staff of the PVZ. The staff showed complete indifference to my problem and did not make any efforts to solve it. It seemed that customer orientation was an alien concept for this department.
Secondly, there was a write-off of funds for the goods that should be returned and for which there were questions. Instead of understanding the situation and providing me with the necessary clarifications, the staff of the PVZ simply ignored my appeals. Such negligence is unacceptable and indicates a complete lack of responsibility for their actions.
